I received an email from Hana Ross about sales of new vehicles. Hana worked with me over the phone and via email and texts to get me into the perfect vehicle. The vehicle is a 2019 GLC 300. I love this little suv. Hana worked over a week with me as I live out of state. She drove the vehicle to us and we picked it up with no problems. As a brand new Mercedes Benz - Plano service department customer, I am happy to say that Clayton COMPLETELY turned around my overall experience and perceptions of this department. His customer service definitely matched the Mercedes Benz brand which is what I expected from the beginning. As a result, I will continue to work with him in the future.

Since I was so far away, I sent someone to test drive. The car was great. No problems. They were up front with the car originating as a fleet car (which isn’t necessarily a bad thing). Let me start with the c300 4MATIC is amazing has enough power to feel it and does good on gas I’ve owned mine since 2020 and have aftermarket parts on it and hasn’t gave me a not one big issue love this car 🫶

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.
