The service was okay overall. The staff was courtious but the wait time is longer than expected and communication could have been better but i appreciate more updates during the process.

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

Let me start with the c300 4MATIC is amazing has enough power to feel it and does good on gas I’ve owned mine since 2020 and have aftermarket parts on it and hasn’t gave me a not one big issue love this car 🫶

2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

My first visit was a disaster but I was contacted by a second salesperson who was determined to correct my bad experience and offered me a better deal and a far better buying experience. He and those he involved were much more knowledgeable and customer oriented. I am still waiting on some things that were missing from the original sale but expect no issues

Everything was perfect from the time I got there until I picked up my car and I felt like I was scared for And while taking care of them. I felt like I had a T-shirt on that said make me feel important.

Getting an intermittent warning for no apparent reason. Service could not identify any cause. I was hopeful that a root cause could be located. However that was not to be.

There is nothing like having your air conditioned go out during the heat of summer and only in town for 5days. Not only did we have the use of a GLC courtesy car but we had our car back within 72 hours! Exceptional service.
