2012 C250 Coupe summer 2014 CPO purchase. Odometer read 23000 mile as I wrote a check for $2500. Now at 42,000 miles this beautiful Iridium Silver coupe has one repair issue (ESL) It's the best looking car I've ever owned. An 850 mile round trip to AZ - mostly interstate - showed 35 MPG. I rarely push the turbo 4 - - - but when I do - the car responds in a - at least to me - a satisfying manner! In addition to decent highway fuel economy and adequate low end torque the car is just plain gorgeous - inside and out.

Love love love my car! I went to anther place I was asked to get a cosigner, Boktor Motors signed me up by myself and I did this all alone with no help from anybody. Feels so good to be able to get my first car, use my own credit and not ask any help. My car is perfect. I waited a while to write this review because I wanted to see how my car drives and so far so good and I have no complaints. This place is the best!

My first time owning a Mercedes while everyone warned me not to get one. Honestly I've used this car PRETTY rough, and it has held up better than my previous Daihatsu Copen, Civic 2014 and Accord CL7. It's a total workhorse, but alas, the parts really ARE expensive, ans servicing it is quite difficult as well. But all in all, its comfort is just impeccable and better than anything else I've ever drive in this price range. If you have a slightly higher budget for maintenance, I would 10/10 recommend you this car.

After 3 trips to the dealership we wound up buying the used 2022 CX-9 we had been looking at all along. We appreciated the courtesy, professionalism, knowledge of the product, and minimal sales pressure of Taylor, the sales rep. He went out of his way to help us before, during, and after the selling process. The only reason for our review's less than perfect 5 is that a follow up email to obtain contract information, and a postal mailing of an owner's manual were both forgotten resulting in us having to make needless 25 mile drives back to the dealership. These were promised by a finance person, not the sales person.

Found a car I liked. They had great pictures of it in all angles. Pre-approved online and was in and out in 30 minutes with my car I love.

Comfortable vehicle. Gas mileage is good and I use premium. No major issues thus far and anything that has happened like battery was covered under warranty.

2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

We picked up a preowned EQS and the transaction was smooth. I'd been in contact with Simon prior to just walking in. I wish they negotiated price, but I guess Autonation dealers stopped doing that...I'm old school, I'd prefer to negotiate. The finance process could have been a bit quicker and smoother. All said, we got there a bit before 1pm and were out around 4pm. We had to stay on top of things during the finance process for a few promised items to ensure we'd get a due bill. Signed a bunch of papers, but when I got to the one that committed my dollars, I to refused to go any further until I got the due bill. Just make sure you know the buying process and advocate for yourself. Every dealer tries to squeeze you, HOI is on the spectrum of one of the better experiences. We didn't experience any high pressure tactics, so we appreciate that. I think Simon and his partner Salem are good sales guys to deal with.

I've been putting off getting a new card because the exhausting process (in the past) is so anxiety provoking for me. I've had 2 Mercedes in the past, and never had a bad experience. On a whim, I began looking online and searched all the MB dealerships around and, by far, Mercedes Benz of Long Beach had the best inventory and most competitive prices. So, I sent an email inquiry about one of their vehicles and within an hour, the Internet Sales Manager (Joel Turett) got in touch with me. Even with less than perfect credit, Joel had me financed in about 20 minutes. The next day I came in, test drove a couple vehicles I liked and finally settled on one. I got a more than expected fair trade on my old Mercedes, and was leaving there in a short time with my new car. In the past when car shopping (especially at MB dealerships), I've always felt I was treated "less than", because I wasn't buying $75,000 car. Not the case here! From Joel, to the sales manager, to the woman in the finance department... everyone was so kind and helpful. I'm not one to write reviews often, but I felt I needed to express my positive experience, especially with Joel. You can't go wrong contacting him if you're in the market for a Mercedes. He's patient, has been working there for over a decade so he is beyond knowledgeable, and, most importantly, never once pressured me or made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. Got a 2012 250 Sport and I knew I was going to put $$$ into it. Nothing earth shattering but I was the 4th owner and if you look at ANY USED Euro-car owned in America- these cars many times are not taken care of, wrong oil, wrong octane. The parts for this car are not that expensive and if you find a good mechanic that is not a $$$$$$ Dealership TECHNICIAN BUT that said- it is a smart idea to take it to a dealership and pay the money for a complete inspection. if the seller will allow it,..., if not- move on unless you love surprise after surprise. I am almost finished with mine, got it for $8000, put in $4000 into fixing codes, brakes, oil cooling system, and a rear SAM module that went bad only because someone did a poor repair and I tell anyone,...., KNOW YOUR ENEMY!(your Benz of course! LOL!) If you do the maintenance and you have your car in good repair, you will not have that much problem and will enjoy this road monster for YEARS. I get 25 to 30+ MPG easily around town and if straight Hwy driving- 35mpg+ on ECONO-Mode and it always turns heads. The dark Cobalt Blue is a Mercedes Iconic color and the 2012 was a turning point to where they are pretty highly looked for, just look at the coupes in the early 2000s and you'll see why. But the style of this coupe is found in every Mercedes after, no matter the model coupe. I plan to keep it for years, I take care of issues when they happen- you cannot afford to let one thing after another add up- if you do you'll wish you bought a VW BUG and that goes for almost any fine Euro-Automobile. Just make sure it is a Stuttgart car- it's on the VIN badge in the door well. If you enjoy a tight, controlled (hardly if any over steering), smooth cruising coupe, this is your car and at the price of High test, the 30+mpg is a good thing. the front tires are sized smaller than the rear, I would recommend uni-directional- only way to go! Once you hit the RPM stages and the Turbo picks up, you just fall into a great dream- no one who has ridden in my car wants to get out! LOL!!!! Seats are still like new firm after 14 years, Interior wood-like panels are in-expensive and very easy to replace as well. The steering is SOLID- you feel like you can drive anywhere on any surface, and the sound system is superb. 5disc CD and all the other perks that a car a lot more would cost,..., this one has. Tires can be crazy $$$$ but shop online- there are great online companies that will beat out your local tire places, I got the set of 4 for this 250C online for $238 delivered to my mechanic with Free Shipping just 6 weeks ago- May2024! So shop around on everything- with a good mechanic you can afford a great iconic German car too! Be good!

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.
