I went into Mercedes-Benz of Fort Myers just to look at cars to determine what I wanted and planned to buy a car in July. My father and I were greeted out front by Gary Fuller who is the most awesome, transparent, and easy-going salesperson. I test drove a GLC 43 AMG and the GLC 350e and Gary was right - the GLC 350e was the way to go. Next thing I knew I was buying a car they had just put on the showroom floor that morning. 2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

Produce Concierge Jesus came to my house to complete the delivery of the used car I had purchased. He connected two phones as well as our garage door and front gate openers. There were a couple of minor cosmetic items that he noted and committed to having addressed. A very nice service call!

This has been by far the best car I’ve owned. I use Yokahama Avid Ascend tires and have been able to travel in any weather in this car. I had a tire blow out (after 76k miles) and the car never wavered once!! During an extremely busy year I kept forgetting or not being able to take it in for service and went 40k miles over the oil change, that was 100k mikes ago and it’s still running great!! In addition to the comfort and sporty look, it’s fast, fun and easy to drive. The only downfall being the expense of services and repairs, which is to be expected out of a quality, import car. I’ve been able to do a lot of the work outside of the dealerships and found that Ebay, FCP Euro and Rock Auto have had anything I’ve needed for repairs and services. I would recommend this car hands down to anyone, any time.
