We initially made an appointment with Atig Popal, who was our Sales Associate, for Friday but we had to bump it up to Thursday, which Atig said "no problem, come on in". (We found out later that Thursday was Atig's day off, which he gave up to accommodate our schedule) Atig made our car buying experience a real pleasure. He showed us a number of vehicles and features we were interested in. He has a very easy-going way about him, that made us very comfortable, asking questions and discussing details with him. We also shared some laughs and stories along the way. which made more relaxed. He was genuinely helpful and caring that we got what we wanted. We met a number of other staff members that all were helpful and treated us like family. Such a good team there. We were able to shop, buy and drive away all in the same afternoon. Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

2012 C250 Coupe summer 2014 CPO purchase. Odometer read 23000 mile as I wrote a check for $2500. Now at 42,000 miles this beautiful Iridium Silver coupe has one repair issue (ESL) It's the best looking car I've ever owned. An 850 mile round trip to AZ - mostly interstate - showed 35 MPG. I rarely push the turbo 4 - - - but when I do - the car responds in a - at least to me - a satisfying manner! In addition to decent highway fuel economy and adequate low end torque the car is just plain gorgeous - inside and out.

2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

The staff I interacted with at Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis provided excellent service. I found a pre owned SUV on an internet search and called to confirm details of the offering. The used vehicle sales manager, Rori, and my sales agent, Mia, responded to my questions promptly and explained the "out-of-state" buying process in a comprehenisve manner. I agreed to a place a deposit and drove 120 miles to potentially complete the process. The vehicle exceeded my expectations as it was a one owner, fully serviced, and apparently garage kept beauty. The physical dealership was a first class facility and it was easy to view and test drive the ML350. Buying and closing process was efficient with optional coverage presented without pressure to buy. I readily recommend this dealership based upon my buying experience.

This is my second Mercedes-Benz. It’s absolutely the most incredible car I’ve ever owned. I was blessed to be able to custom order this car to have everything I wanted and more inside and out! It literally came straight from Germany to the dealership for me. It drives like a dream. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The technology inside is so amazing! It can drive economically. It can drive more sporty if you want it to. It has so many options and settings for drivers of all kinds. Needless to say, it’s pure luxury inside. You’ll feel incredibly spoiled!

Dealer had the car we inquired about on-site and ready for test drive. Did not disclose that the charger was missing. Did not disclose that the window tinting was in excess of Maryland registration requirements. Was straightforward on price and fees.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

With an regular A1 service for my Mercedes, they went from bumper to bumper and sent me a video of the report. It was fast and helpful. Completely satisfied!
