Used Mercedes-Benz C-Class sedans for sale near Tolleson, AZ

If you are reading this review you, most likely are doing the same as I was a few weeks ago. I apologize in advance for the length of my review. But feel it is important and no, neither me or my daughter are associated with any dealership in this review except as a buyer. My oldest daughter was looking for a quality smaller ( my words not hers) suv. We looked at many pictures and read many articles, looked at specs, features and reviews she settled on 3 models by 3 different manufacturers. Next step was to physically sit in and drive all 3. We eliminated the first and went to the 2nd dealer. The salesperson at second dealership didn’t know their inventory. Sales actually said he didn’t think they had the model my daughter wanted to test drive. We pointed out two on the property and their reply was, “I thought that one was sold and I forgot about that one? I will go see if I can get keys?” His knowledge seemed very limited. He didn’t ask many questions. We like the car however, we did not feel comfortable with this dealership. On to the 3rd dealership. We asked the salesperson if they had a specific model in stock? Their reply was “we only have one” We said great, can we test drive it? next question was….Are you serious about buying one because I have to get it out of the showroom?” After hearing those words I wanted to just leave but my daughter wanted to sit in it and drive this specific model as we came from Tempe and Gilbert. My daughter opened her little purse, whipped out a business card from the dealership across the street said “well….. it’s between your model and a model across the street” the salesperson got the car but would not allow us to take it on the freeway. We wanted to evaluate freeway noise. The salesperson never asked our names and had limited small talk and told my daughter about 2 option on this specific model. The model was not the right fit but part of that could be the representation. Perhaps the last 2 dealerships felt as if my daughter wasn’t a true buyer, however, if that was the case they could of asked a few simple qualifying questions and perhaps make a judgment but they didn’t. This leads me to Mercedes Benz of Gilbert. My daughter wanted me to look at some specific versions of the model she wanted. She talked to a lady named Felice. Felice actually returned my daughters call listened to my daughters wants, needs and desires and made suggestions and my daughter made a appointment for a Friday.To meet withFelice. She was by far the most knowledgeable of all the sales advisers we had met. She asked questions to make sure we all were on the same page. I for one appreciate this as I do not like wasting my time going in a wrong direction, especially on a Friday. Felice was not only knowledgeable but appeared to be friendly and sincere. We found the car that spoke to my daughter ( her words). Felice asked good qualifying questions of which my daughter had no problem or hesitation answering. We came to a meeting of the minds. I have bought more cars than I can remember, of very different varieties but I need to say, so far this was a feel good comfortable buy. Next step was paper work, ok.. I honestly thought this was going to be where the deal could go sideways, we went to the office of a man named Claudio. He explained different option my daughter could purchase or not. He explained in a no nonsense way. Some absolutely made sense others not so much for this specific Mercedes Benz. He wasn’t pushy or arrogant he simply explained the features and benefits of the options. I have walked out more than once at this stage especially when I was young and I would need financing. But everything we were told by Felice was said by Claudio. In summary this is a well organized, friendly business one I will highly recommend to my family and friends Great experience!

Paul Mosca was extremely kind. I found a vehicle that I fell in love with and he made sure I was leaving the lot with it. Typically you have a salesman who just wants to sell you anything to make money but in this case he understood my needs and made sure the vehicle made sense before I drove off in it. Thank you Paul!

It was a great experience buying mt car at the dealership. The look and features of the car is what attracted me to it. Donte is a great salesman, he is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and show me how to use all the features that the car has.

Monday Early Bird - no appointment - for a Sprinter van electronic issue. Extremely courteous staff and a huge thank you to Service Advisor Bill Stamper. While waiting the dealership offered no charge access to their cafe! The cafe has huge TV screens which keep you advised of your service progress. My van was repaired by 10:30! I only wish my home Dealer was this big to take care if our Mercedes’ but, its a small town. Overall Mercedes-Chandler is a “Home Run” business! 😎 If only they had a G Wagon to test drive while waiting. 🤠

Great driving comfort,loaded with features. Safety is definitely a priority with the MB engineering . I have leased a total of 4 Mercedes and totally satisfied with every single one.

Truly great car driven it 20k miles over the year, no issues whatsoever (with proper maintenance of course). It gets Great gas mileage, some trips up to 28MPG!

Great Experience. I felt very supported and comfortable with Chet Stens. True Professional Chet Stens was Outstanding. (Great Customer Service) Made the experience excellent. I will have all my car repairs done by Liberty GMC.

I am still driving this car after 11 years. I spent about $2200 on average per year to fix or replace this thing. Still drives good, far more expensive that I would like it to be.

Let me start with the c300 4MATIC is amazing has enough power to feel it and does good on gas I’ve owned mine since 2020 and have aftermarket parts on it and hasn’t gave me a not one big issue love this car 🫶

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Excellent car buying experience. I felt this dealership put my needs first, ahead of their own. They acted with integrity, honesty and professionalism at every step, which is a refreshing way to buy a car. Also when returning for follow-up maintenance, again they exceeded my expectations. It was my first Mercedes purchase and this dealership was hands down the best, compared to others visited. The facility is top-notch, the people are kind, friendly and customer focused. There was zero pressure - it was a truly professional experience. Plus a more than fair deal. This is an excellent dealership - was obvious the people are focused on operating with highest integrity. 2008 C300...We've had the car since November 2019...purchased it with 36k miles or so(?), but either way, it's not December 2023 & we're just about to turn 70k miles. The overall body style is still in vogue IMO, & unless you know these cars, you'd never know it's an '08 model. We had some sort of "issue" with the plugs or coils(?), but no other mechanical issues. Obviously you don't want a Benz d'ship fixing the car unlesss $$$ is no issue. The repair was not any higher than any other model car. A few cosmetic issues that aren't worth the mention...2 or 3 of the directional louvers for the air/heat don't work...to direct the air flow though, it's just a matter of using a pen or s/thing to push them over a wee bit. Again, nothing to bark about. The glovebox has SOME sort of a broken part in it, where if you open it w/o holding on to it, it kind of "pops" off the track or s/thing. We keep it locked, & know when it's opened, to just hold on to it. Again, no real issue per say. The two rails on the top of the car that have these small "pop up" portions where you could I guess mount a luggage rack to the top has had the clear coat peel off. It looked HORRIFIC, but I simply purchased some 3M vinyl pieces (made for the car) & covered both sides for I think it was maybe $35 or so(?). I did that just 3 weeks ago. Lastly, the wheel center caps have peeled or w/ever & looked like the dickens. Again, don't even THINK about getting so-called "GENUINE" OEM caps (what a joke!)...I got 4 caps online off Ebay for maybe $18 or so. You can choose any of the designs & colors, & they're IDENTICAL to the so-called "GENUINE" stuff, SMH. The car is spirited...great get up & go...handles like a sports car...great visibility with no real blind spots, & the interior is in just as good condition as the exterior. There may be nicer ones out there, but this car is GORGEOUS & doesn't show it's age at all. Oh...I had the blower motor replaced 2 wks ago. Need I tell you, do NOT get Benz to fix it, ORRRRRRRR get the part from them! I bought both the blower motor AND the resistor from carparts.com for $110 & Benz wanted to charge me over $300(?) for the blower motor itself! LOL...what a joke. Ha, I had a Craigslist mobile mechanic replace 'em both for $120. I could have sent the blower motor back for a refund, as I only needed the resistor but I told the mechanic, "Hey, while you're right there, go ahead & replace the blower motor too".

Perfect, Professional, and Pleasant Total Customer Experience with Jeff Maddox when I bought my car. Everyone knows buying a car, especially at a dealer can be, and is often reported to be a miserable experience, or at best annoying, and a time suck. Go see Jeff Maddox. From test drive to answered questions to sale… you will want to go back and do it again. Trust me.

I found the car that I wanted to order just after Thanksgiving in Palm Springs. I was reluctant to go to MB of North Scottsdale, because we found them to be obnoxious when I looked a cars in 2015. Wow, What a change.. Every way to look at rating the facility deserved a lot more than 5 stars. I cannot recommend them enough.

C Class Mercedes are great vehicles. My last one lasted 7 years and 300,000 miles and this one seems even better. Improved interior and exterior styling with many new features. Drives smoothly with power and handles great.

GREAT VALUE - Bought the C300 4Matic Sport 4 years ago with 55k miles for my wife. Highly optioned with full leather, NAV, panorama roof, illuminated door sills, AMG wheels, blind spot indicator - nearly every option that the dealer did not know how to price! Very reliable and fun to drive on curvy roads. Only repairs are new battery and one tire pressure monitor. We follow the service guideline that the MB dealers suggest but usually at an independent ASE certified repair shop that works on German cars. Third Mercedes (all used) and one new 5-series that was highly unreliable - thankfully under warrant!
