From the moment you walk inside, you are treated likely royalty. You can tell they put Customer satisfaction at the top of mind, keeping up with high expectations of Lexus Customers. Let me start with the c300 4MATIC is amazing has enough power to feel it and does good on gas I’ve owned mine since 2020 and have aftermarket parts on it and hasn’t gave me a not one big issue love this car 🫶

I have purchased two cars from this dealer the first being a 2013 BMW X6 and the second being a range rover both experiences were amazing. Both times I worked with Brandon Powe. Also, they have a some of the best prices I’ve ever seen for luxury vehicles my BMW I purchased from them back in 2021 I have not had any major issues out of it and it runs great. The range rover I bought for my little sister last month and she loves it. No issues at all. I have absolutely no complaints and will be back to buy my next car from them. My first time owning a Mercedes while everyone warned me not to get one. Honestly I've used this car PRETTY rough, and it has held up better than my previous Daihatsu Copen, Civic 2014 and Accord CL7. It's a total workhorse, but alas, the parts really ARE expensive, ans servicing it is quite difficult as well. But all in all, its comfort is just impeccable and better than anything else I've ever drive in this price range. If you have a slightly higher budget for maintenance, I would 10/10 recommend you this car.

Bought a car for my Daughter, needed radio / GPS integrated system replaced. We took the car and they stood behind the repair of the car. The car is great and my Daughter is extremely happy with her car. I brought the car in for service and they said I didn’t need some of the services I requested which saved me money. They are honest and very nice to deal with.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

My Fiancé was talking with Brandon, (General Manager)for about a month or so on the Mercedes G Wagon. Brandon was awesome, and a very respectable gentleman. He went above and beyond for us on our purchase. We are from Arkansas, and we drove 578.6 miles to West Chicago, traded in my Range Rover for the G-Wagon. I have been the only owner of a 2016 c300 4matic sport for 9 years. I have owned the car since it was brand new in late 2015, and it has had only one issue during the duration of my ownership. The only issue I have had was that leaving it out in the extreme cold seemed to ruin the driver's LCD screen, whereby the screen would show random Chinese, Russian, Korean, and Arabic words before warming up and operating normally. Eventually, the screen quit altogether, but it was very easy to get a replacement. Other than that, it's mechanically extremely reliable, the styling keeps it relevant to today's designs, and the highway driving is impeccable. Performance is pretty mid-tier compared to BMW and Audi, but the engine doesn't have their issues. Overall, it's not a fast car, but it does inspire driving confidence when braking, even if the steering is somewhat lackluster compared to real sports cars. I take very good care of the interior, so there are no peeling issues, no warped wood, and no issues with the plastics, but the rubber seal in the moon roof has been a bit squeaky in certain temperatures, and the dealership said it would cost about $2k+ to take the sliding roof off, replace the rubber seal, and reinstall. The seats have held up very well, the alignment has never truly gone out of alignment, and the gearbox acts as if it's brand new. I do an oil and filter change every 4,000 to 6,000 miles, and I follow the regular dealer-recommended services. Mine just ticked over the 100k mile mark, and I know I'll keep it well taken care of for another 30k to 50k. I highly recommend this car; however, if you're looking for "value," please do not get this car thinking you will be able to afford it when something goes wrong. An average service will run you $250+ every 7k miles, and anything being replaced out of warranty will cost you north of $1,000.

Very fast and luxurious I love the double sky roof and interior leather seats being lite so your seats dont get so hot in the summer Always buy the wheel and tire package its well worth it with all the pot holes and construction here in San Antonio you will definitely use it mutiple times!
