While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

I came to Mercedes-Benz of North Haven for a very specific Infiniti Q50. Mr. Don Shephard was appointed to me as my sales rep.We we went for my test drive…I was extremely transparent with Don and explained all things leading up to that moment. Good, bad , indifferent. Straight shooter as I called him, he returned the favor! Coming from previous experience in the business I knew what my deal could be possible, but didn’t know if the team would want to invest the time in off-brand car. Needless to to say, the finance guru… Danny and Don worked my deal relentlessly for days and didn’t give up on me! At no point did I feel that my treatment differed due to it being an off brand car. When I went to pick up my new car, they made me feel like they were genuinely happy for me. This dynamic duo was amazing and I would recommend this dealership without pause!!! GREAT VALUE - Bought the C300 4Matic Sport 4 years ago with 55k miles for my wife. Highly optioned with full leather, NAV, panorama roof, illuminated door sills, AMG wheels, blind spot indicator - nearly every option that the dealer did not know how to price! Very reliable and fun to drive on curvy roads. Only repairs are new battery and one tire pressure monitor. We follow the service guideline that the MB dealers suggest but usually at an independent ASE certified repair shop that works on German cars. Third Mercedes (all used) and one new 5-series that was highly unreliable - thankfully under warrant!

This is my second Mercedes-Benz. It’s absolutely the most incredible car I’ve ever owned. I was blessed to be able to custom order this car to have everything I wanted and more inside and out! It literally came straight from Germany to the dealership for me. It drives like a dream. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The technology inside is so amazing! It can drive economically. It can drive more sporty if you want it to. It has so many options and settings for drivers of all kinds. Needless to say, it’s pure luxury inside. You’ll feel incredibly spoiled!

Bought it as certified used with 14,000: miles and 3 years old. Absolutely love the car. Now have 60,00 miles on it. Only cost other than routine maintenance has been tires. One dislike is run flat tires. They make no sense. Also did not like the engine shut down at stops ostensibly to save fuel, but I was able to over ride that. And I bought a spare tire and wheel another major issue for me is you cand buy a trailer hitch for a C 400. You can for other C cars, but not the 400.

Dave and the team were wonderful. Truly…the entire process was seamless, all parties must have communicated as every aspect of what they promised was delivered. Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

I was looking for a SUV on cars.com and I found a 2023 Hyundia Tucson that We really liked at Blasius Chevrolet in Waterbury Ct. Lauren was the person that I dealt with during the purchase. Lauren took the pressure and made you feel relaxed during the process of buying a car. I recommend if you need to upgrade your wheels give her a chance to put you in the car that you desire.

In-detail, from when I was greeted by their service valet/porter, the gentleman in the morning was kind, courteous, and very inviting, to the young lady in the evening, whom was so very energetic, happy, and ever so delightful. The highlight was when I was helped by my service advisor, Mr. Sammy Cruz = THE EPITOME OF EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & THE PRIME EXAMPLE THAT ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL SHOULD FOLLOW!!! C Class Mercedes are great vehicles. My last one lasted 7 years and 300,000 miles and this one seems even better. Improved interior and exterior styling with many new features. Drives smoothly with power and handles great.

Jonathan at New Country is the reason why I take my car here for service , there’s a closer MB but I know they don’t have advisors that are like him . He goes the extra mile , my new car has nitrogen tires and my light indicated it needed air , the gentleman checking in the car didn’t do it because he said it didn’t need it, to make a long story short cause I had to go back n forth a bit lol. Jonathan actually got my appt info called me as I was leaving to come back in the service area and he would do it himself - reason was he said as the cold weather is approaching I’ll only have to come back , what a guy !! I never saw so much heart in one’s job :) He’s a gem , not sure he’ll see this or know I decided to write about it now since it was months ago , but THANK You , not to mention when I took my car for service the other day 1/24/22 he made sure everything went smooth

I love the people here. Warm, friendly, helpful. The coffee is amazing- original Starbucks and on the house. The lounge area is super clean. The restrooms are tidy too. Do come and visit! You won’t be dis appointed!!!
