My first time owning a Mercedes while everyone warned me not to get one. Honestly I've used this car PRETTY rough, and it has held up better than my previous Daihatsu Copen, Civic 2014 and Accord CL7. It's a total workhorse, but alas, the parts really ARE expensive, ans servicing it is quite difficult as well. But all in all, its comfort is just impeccable and better than anything else I've ever drive in this price range. If you have a slightly higher budget for maintenance, I would 10/10 recommend you this car.

We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

C Class Mercedes are great vehicles. My last one lasted 7 years and 300,000 miles and this one seems even better. Improved interior and exterior styling with many new features. Drives smoothly with power and handles great.

This was my seventh Mercedes that I have purchased. While the automobile and the dealership are excellent, what I wanted to rave about is my salesman on this purchase, Martin Kockler. Martin is highly professional and very polite. He supplied me with timely information that I required to finalize the transaction. I do not like to be “ oversold “ . I went into the dealership on Saturday 1/14 looking to purchase a new 2023 E Class, as there are so few in inventory anywhere, I figured I would have to order one, and wait a couple months for it's arrival. I met with Naaman, a superb sales consultant, who took the time to hear exactly what I was looking for, and to work out a deal to purchase out my existing MB vehicle. To my luck, an E-Class was set to be delivered to the dealership with almost all of the options/colors/packages I was looking for. We figured the vehicle would be delivered within two weeks, as it had just arrived in port the day prior. To my luck, the vehicle was delivered the following Thursday, and with the professional and very friendly help and guidance of Finance Manager, Karen Williams, we finalized the deal in less than an hour and I was driving home. Overall, superb, friendly, professional service from Mercedes Benz of Clearwater. I have purchased/leased by two previous MB vehicles through a larger dealership in the area, however the personalized service offered here supersedes my past experience (not to say it was bad by any means...). While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Lonnie was a good salesman and Tony was a good and courteous finance person. They went out of their way to get me my vehicle. And many times I called Tony and he always had time for me.

Comfortable vehicle. Gas mileage is good and I use premium. No major issues thus far and anything that has happened like battery was covered under warranty.

I let Patrick my sales person know exactly what I wanted and needed in a new car. I was very specific about exterior and interior colors and amenities as well as safety and performance requirements. He delivered my car which was perfect to the last detail! He even took the time to explain all the ?bells and whistles? instead of telling me to look them up on YouTube! Other than having to leave my 13 year-old car behind it was a wonderful experience!

2012 C250 Coupe summer 2014 CPO purchase. Odometer read 23000 mile as I wrote a check for $2500. Now at 42,000 miles this beautiful Iridium Silver coupe has one repair issue (ESL) It's the best looking car I've ever owned. An 850 mile round trip to AZ - mostly interstate - showed 35 MPG. I rarely push the turbo 4 - - - but when I do - the car responds in a - at least to me - a satisfying manner! In addition to decent highway fuel economy and adequate low end torque the car is just plain gorgeous - inside and out.
