2012 C250 Coupe summer 2014 CPO purchase. Odometer read 23000 mile as I wrote a check for $2500. Now at 42,000 miles this beautiful Iridium Silver coupe has one repair issue (ESL) It's the best looking car I've ever owned. An 850 mile round trip to AZ - mostly interstate - showed 35 MPG. I rarely push the turbo 4 - - - but when I do - the car responds in a - at least to me - a satisfying manner! In addition to decent highway fuel economy and adequate low end torque the car is just plain gorgeous - inside and out.

Coming in to pickup my ordered vehicle, this newly renovated facility is exceptionally clean and distinguishes itself from other dealers in the area. Will come back for service for sure.

I have used Scott to maintain my 2 Miatas. They also replaced suspension, lowered my cars, replaced the steering wheel, and any other modifications I have asked for. In addition, regular maintenance. Always with precision. Most recently, my headlight had moisture in it. They had a replacement in 24 hours and scheduled my appointment. I can't reccomend anywhere else with this kind of conviction.

This is a very comfortable car and all the features it offers, ie navigation, audio, etc have easy to use controls. Stylish and luxurious ride at an affordable price. Decent gas mileage to boot.

Joshua Mentzer is the real deal. From the minute my daughter and I showed up to test drive a used VW Jetta, Josh treated us as though we were there to purchase the top-of-the-line Benz. He took us on an extensive test drive, that thoroughly put the Jetta through its paces. He made us feel as though we were on a Sunday drive with the family. He talked my daughter through the features, demonstrated how to use them, spoke to my daughter and not just me (this is rare, kudos to you Josh), and answered all our questions. We placed a down payment and came back the next day after transferring money in the bank. Unfortunately, my daughter's insurance did not kick in until the day after and it was then that Josh elevated his service to the gold medal round. He offered to deliver the car to my daughter the next day. We live 1 hour and 20 minutes away. I challenge anyone to beat the service that Josh represents. This is a real testimony to this Mercedes Benz dealership. I will definitely check out MB of Lancaster when I am looking for my next car and will be asking for Josh. Mercedez Benz of Lehigh Valley, Pa provided a unique experience for me this recent interaction. My c300 had a strong unusual gasoline odor in the garage suddenly. I had called MB of LV on a Thursday, going into Presidents' Day holiday weekend. My experience began with: *Telephone/reception : Leillani *Service Advisor: Juan Martinez (1 of 6 service advisors, very hard working with an overfill of workorders and facing challenges regarding courtesy loaners at the time. Yet handling all customer transports through shuttle service which was timely and professional) *Technician: Rick Dombroski *Valet staff, all of them! Juan Martinez explained from first interaction in a very efficient, clear, concise, professional and in ELITE manner the process of vehicle handling. Covering initial multipoint inspection of the vehicle in general, plus recommendations of maintenance and potentially beyond the diagnostics of my reason of bringing the vehicle in the first place. Very clear, to the point. Punctual. This being on a Thursday, resulted in follow up and further diagnostics through the Friday and work performed over the weekend into Monday, the technician and efforts resulted in going above and beyond in attempts to replicate the gasoline smell by filling the gas tank. After extensive trials and diagnostics, situations was resolved Tuesday as promised. Furthermore, it was discovered and recommended for subframe work. Which can be a costly job concerning critical quality component of such vehicle to remain in elite luxury condition. All the work was completed as promised and professionally manicured to exceed expectations of quality and resolve. There was a question regarding the service...Mercedes Benz and I had scheduled an appointment a few weeks prior to service. They put me down for a "Service B," and the car was "yelling" for a "Service A1." Brandon called me the morning of the Service to let me know that the driver was ready to deliver the loaner. We discussed the service "dilemma." At one time, I'd put 20,000 miles per year on my vehicles just commuting to work. Now that I have retired, I am under the "5,000 mile Emissions Exempt" mileage per year. Brandon and I decided to go with "time" instead of mileage for the service. "She's" a 2020, and is going on 6-years old now. Gave "her" the 5-year service. Told Brandon that next year, it'll be tires and a battery. And could they give "her" a good cleaning? I usually thoroughly clean and detail "her" twice a year. Something else that has been quite time-consuming came up this year. I took a chance, and asked Brandon about Mercedes Benz "cleaning her up," including detailing for me. That was done, too. A well-maintained car will last a long time. And Mercedes Benz vehicles have a reputation for "aging gracefully" if kept well. "She's" not the biggest, fanciest Mercedes out there, but with people like Brandon, the cleaning crew, establishments like Lancaster Mercedes Benz, and myself, "she" should look good, and run good for may years to come.

Very customer friendly. The whole staff is prepared to help with whatever you need. They supply a loaner vehicle when needed. Repairs are done in a timely manner and the car gets a fresh cleaning before pick up.
