Was able to drive vehicle and then made an offer that I felt was fair , respectful and reasonable. Lauren my salesperson was very informative, kind and ran my offer buy her sales manager. They accepted my offer and took care of all the out of state registration requirements, paperwork and kept the entire process swift and comfortable. I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

I blew a tire driving through Jackson on my way to New Orleans on a Friday afternoon. Mercedes Roadside Assistance had my car towed to the Jackson dealership. I had resigned myself to waiting until at least Monday for a new tire. But the dealership had the tire in stock, and Brian Kelly came in ON HIS DAY OFF to replace my tire. Kindness and excellence does not happen very often anymore. Thank you so much!

Aiden saved me as a service customer. I have had several instances in the last couple of years where an appointment was made and I seemed to wait a long time after arrival. Today the service advisor was no longer with the company and Aiden came over, defused the situation and shepherded my service quickly through to completion. I appreciated his extra efforts.

It literally came straight from Germany to the dealership for me. It drives like a dream. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The technology inside is so amazing! It can drive economically. It can drive more sporty if you want it to. It has so many options and settings for drivers of all kinds. Needless to say, it’s pure luxury inside. You’ll feel incredibly spoiled!
