I have been looking at the Camery SE for the past 5 years. Always popping into Dean's office telling him this was the year. Now that both children graduated from college I decided this was the year. I called Dean and told him I was coming in and he had the car and color I wanted brought to the parking lot ready for me to test drive. The sales process was made easy for me thanks to Dean.

Very comfortable car. I really just like whole car. Inside and out. I would recommend this car to anybody because i enjoy it myself. I owned a BMW before this but I'll never go back.
Was traveling over 2 hrs for a jeep they had listed and hoping for a good experience. Well... my experience was more than good.. it was EXCELLENT. I recommend you check this place out before making a final decision somewhere else . The entire experience was AWESOME ! Thank you.

You will get quality for the price you're paying for this vehicle. Handles well, nice leather seat, awesome sunroof. and above and beyond service from the dealership.
We searched the National Capital Region for the right vehicle at almost every Mercedes dealership in the area. I purchased a used car less than two weeks ago. Imagine my surprise, after I purchased my car, when I found out the car only had one key! Really, did I have to ask that questions? The one key did not come with a key chain, which was promised to be sen to me the next day. Almost two weeks later - no key chain. I bought a Mercedes and couldn't even get a key chain! The door on the passenger had been hit and My sales person Miriam assured me it had been repaired. It looked 90 percent better. But in the light of day I can clearly see the poor work on fixing the dent in the door and matching the paint. I have shared my disappointment with my sales person via text. She responded initially and now is radio silent.
I was really excited about my purchase - but my sale person, Miriam, has certainly done little to debunk the myth of the used car sales person. My advice, don't purchase anything in the evening when any repairs can be difficult to inspect. Even after purchasing you Mercedes, don't expect a key chain or for them to mail it to you. After all, based on my experience with my sales person, Miriam, their words mean nothing and after you purchase the car - your dead to them. I can't even get a response to my text and I now have to find a place that will truly fix the dents in my door.
I love my car, I hate the fact that the work on my door was subpar and I can't stand people that don't keep their word (Miriam). I appreciate the lesson learned and I will steer all friends to a dealer where integrity is important.

I love my CLA. Was hesitant because I have owned E-CLASS, but had a lapse in judgment purchasing outside the Benz family. I'm back in the family with no regrets! A taller person may have a problem, I DONT!
I recently purchased my new 2018 Passat from Karen Radley VW. I chose Karen Radley after viewing their selection and prices. They had exactly what I wanted and at a price I could not find locally. I was very pleased with the service I received while purchasing my car and extremely pleased with the service I received after the purchase. I love this car, it drives great and has plenty of room for all of my baby’s thing! Perfect for a new mom. Still sporty enough for my taste.
I WENT TO MANASSAS IMPORTS WITH MY 4 KID'S AND WIFE, looking SUV with my 4 kiss's and wife. The sales person (CISCO) was so helpful and honest. The service was the best and price was very fair. I have been driving this SUV for 8 months now and no problems at all. I highly recommend this place.

I fell in love with the exterior lines and the interior lighting, which I realized all were in line to be the new lines of other models. However that said, it is a cheap version of the MB and one you might buy instead of the top of the line for Hyundai, maybe... Maybe not even.
Cheap interior, it is cramped and flimsy console as well as all details from seat belts to nobs to overhead eyeglass case, all of it just looks cheap.
My major complaint is with the sound system and navigation, which you would think would be top of the line. Well I must have been hit with a lemon since I have it I have taken it in like 5 times and the stereo still does not work properly and my dealership looks at me with "Wasn't me" as I have to put up with a faulty stereo and no exchange. Navigation on all MBs is just the pits and it gets worse with newer models, which they say was supposed to improve. Not.
Was having constant headliner rattling noise either from headliner or panoramic roof. First took vehicle to Tyson's Corner Mercedes-Benz, Service Writer assistant manager Told me the noise was coming from the headliner and needed to be replaced which requires removing the front windshield which mostly break on the removal process and replaced with a non Mercedes-Benz original acoustic windshield. I decided I needed a second opinion service appointment at Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly. With a good news phone call message from service advisor: Cristian Grijalva that the headliner was not the issue it was the panoramic roof assembly parts that needed to to lubed. The headliner/roof noise is now gone. "Thank you MB Chantilly"

This is a well designed car that is fully equipped with many bells and whistles. It gives you sporty and luxury all at the same time at a reasonable price.
Zubed Chowdhury was a well mannered & courteous sales rep to deal with. Excellent sales person..
Finance Manager was good too. Very soft spoken & polite.
However, I have one question that could not be answered by your team members. On my purchase of GLC300 last week I was charged taxes which were neither explained to me nor were explained/deciphered on sales order. When I went back & asked reason for that I was told it is Louden county(LC) tax (0.17%).
Unfortunately, I could not get an answer/explanation for
1. Why LC tax was levied on my purchase when to my knowledge dealership location & my purchase is in Chantilly.
2. Even if it is to be charged then why it is not shown clearly/explicitly on sales order?
I am sure your team members must be doing what they have been trained/told to do but this ambiguity in customer dealing leaves a bad taste after good experience with sales person.
I certainly expect an explanation for it & i am open to update if I am missing anything.
If my observation is correct then it should be rectified ASAP & I should be compensated suitably.
I hope someone out there reads it & acts/responds.

I do not even know where to start with this. I will first off say that I never ever write reviews...... I took about a week to write a review at first I wanted to write a bad review because I felt that I was getting nowhere but then I thought let me try to reach management and address my concerns if it is not addressed then I will the bad review. With that being said I would like to thank the service manager Jason and the general manager Jad. They both listen and resolved my concerns. Every dealership has issues if you think that every dealership is perfect you are going to be let down big time. What does matters is how the dealership addresses and resolves any issues you may have at that time. This dealership was great with following through on their promise to resolve my issues. One thing I can take away from this experience is before you leave a review allow the dealership/company to hear your concerns and address them before you leave a bad review just to stick it to the company. PS gave it 4 out 5 stars because of the money on gas and tolls I spent getting it resolved :-)

This car is very comfortable and fuel efficient. The only challenge is the seat doesn’t offer a lot of flexibility in reclining for the passenger.

The Mercedes Benz CLA is top of the line luxury. With the mounted tv screen you have the option to install a back up camera without having to modify your deck. This car has plenty of custom features that makes driving it extremely fun. From the interior lights to the bluetooth feature which takes listening to music or talking on your phone to another level. It rides and handles like a sports car and has an exotic look. I'd recommend this car to anyone.
Got caught in the holidays trying to buy a car I found online @ elite auto brokers. I spent a week out of town but was told to rest asure the car I wanted would be placed on hold inspite of other coustomer being interested in the same vehicles. Needless To say after spending another week getting my paper work in order they remained true to there word and assisted me in all my needs. Started out very difficult with Rick Hill imports selling a GlK 350 out from under my wife, however disappointment turned into excitement when she drove the CLA! Very sporty and plenty of power from the engine
My sales associate was Jordan Bates. Upon meeting Jordan, he greeted us and apologized about being a little late. He had a customer he was assisting before us and their appointment went a little longer than expected. Jordan made us very comfortable immediately; he asked if we needed anything such as beverages or anything else to ease this process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I inquired about and soon asked me if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. While driving, he told me more about the features of the vehicle, and had great general conversations. Normal car salesmen try to force me to buy a vehicle I inquire about; but Jordan did not do that at all. I did not feel pressured to buy the car. He was also able to get me the rate I wanted regarding this car. I would definitely refer him to family and friends who are looking for a new vehicle.

This was an amazing car to drive. It felt very smooth I barely put my foot on the gas and it was going. The steering was very responsive. I would have loved to buy it although the price was way out of my range. The inside was leather and comfortable I could easily fall asleep sitting in the passengers side it was a nice drive.
