I love this vehicle. It’s fun to drive and beautiful to look at. I think my only criticism would be the ease or lack there of in operating the screen with the control knob and the navigation system. I feel like there are too many steps to the navigation system.

Michael Guirguls is an excellent Service Advisor. Polite, knowledgeable and patiently explained the service process to include costs, timing and future service expectations. I elected to wait and the customer lounge was quite spacious and comfortable.

This car is very comfortable and fuel efficient. The only challenge is the seat doesn?t offer a lot of flexibility in reclining for the passenger.

This was an amazing car to drive. It felt very smooth I barely put my foot on the gas and it was going. The steering was very responsive. I would have loved to buy it although the price was way out of my range. The inside was leather and comfortable I could easily fall asleep sitting in the passengers side it was a nice drive.

I purchased a GLE 53 from Stevens Creek early this week and my experience was exceptional. I scheduled an appointment to check out a twilight blue color and Ace (sales rep) did an excellent job to show me car functions and also a test drive. Also managed to get a good price as well working with Ace. Very knowledgeable. Process was extremely smooth with no pressure. Picked up the car after 2 days and Ace had the car very ready for pickup. He spent time to set me up with the Mercedes app, and also teaching me how to use different functions in the car. In no time I was enjoying my new car and living the dream! The Mercedes Benz CLA is top of the line luxury. With the mounted tv screen you have the option to install a back up camera without having to modify your deck. This car has plenty of custom features that makes driving it extremely fun. From the interior lights to the bluetooth feature which takes listening to music or talking on your phone to another level. It rides and handles like a sports car and has an exotic look. I'd recommend this car to anyone.
