I have a 2018 E400 Cabriolet. It is a great car. We use this car for the summer and for driving vacations. Mileage is very good,30mpg on the highway. Can not stress the comfort enough great road car, smooth ride, quiet, great handling, and cornering. Very nice styling and beautiful interior great sound system, heads up display, virtual dash is customizable with many options. A real pleasure to own and drive. a pleasure to drive.

I bought this wagon used with 95k miles, love everything about this vehicle except when some things go wrong or breaks. It's the small electronic parts, or seat switches that get you. I think about selling it because I have too many vehicles, then I drive it, and can't get ride of it. It is a beautiful classy gliding machine!

I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

Have 40k and only maintenance has been annual oil changes and a new set of tires. Ride is super comfortable, interior is total luxury. First Mercedes we have owned, owed BMWs and Porches, and would definitely buy Mercedes again. Get compliments from anyone riding in the car. Only nit is navigation, but we use Apple CarPlay so no big deal

I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

Traded in my 2011 Mercedes convertible for a used E400 2018 sedan. With 45,000 miles. It is loaded with every safety option available and a host of other options including the $5400 upgraded stereo with a subwoofer in the trunk, massage seats, heated front and rear seats with front heated arm rests, heated steering and front cooled seats and more and run flat tires. I’ve driven the car for two months and my only complaint is the speed control remembers your last speed even if you turn off the speed control, ( only forgets when you shut the car off). If you accidentally hit the speed control shaft in a parking lot the car launch’s ahead scaring you half to death before you slam on the brakes. Beside this anonymity, I love this car. It’s fast and can adjust exactly how it drives. Economy, comfort and sport, it’s like owning three different cars. In sport, the steering wheel tightens up and it sits in a lower gear for rapid gas pedal response and flys around corners with planted ease. With the 4 MATIC it drives in the rain as if there is no rain. It also came with the self adjusting shocks so it eats up large dips in the road. The radio is amazing but I would not put it in a new one. The adaptive suspension is with every penny. I love the cooled seats and now I’m spoiled. Overall for the price I paid as a used certified MBenz, with safety features, an older driver , or any driver, needs it’s a bargain. I smile every mile. Also auto drive is great but takes some getting used to. At first I lightly held the wheel now I hold the wheel tighter. It helps you feel like your driving and it’s helping. I

These cars are very very reliable, the engine gives the driver of power over and stability over most other cars, the car is very quiet considering the 300 eye popping, seat of the pants performance, the E class makes you feel like a spell person, and you would be if you bought one today.

I bought the Mercedes e500 for a good deal with 112,000 miles. put a new battery in the back it has power but the engine won’t turn on any idea what it might be?

The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

I bought a 2016 Red E400 4Matic coupe with 49K miles on it in Dec 2023. I've had no problems with it and have only brought it in for it's once a year maintenance (I drive less than 10K a year). My only other expense was slapping new tires on it. The vehicle has the right amount of tech on it, and it's a smooth on the road and quick on the pickup when I need it. This is my first Mercedes (lifelong Toyota and Lexus owner) and can definitely say this will not be my last Mercedes.

Victor was super nice and professional and patient. Knew much about the vehicle and its history and had maintenance documents ready to give me along with carfax. He also have the vehicle washed before my visit. He was very prepared. I did not buy on that day but I’m hoping to return should they agree to be flexible on their pricing. 2018 e300 4matic sedan luxury package w premium package 1.2 & 3 This car is a pleasure, the 4cyl jumps and at 75-80 you feel like you are doing 50 in regular car. Bought w 45,000 have 88,000 on the clock. Only costs were brakes and rotors, and thermostat at 75k. Great acceleration super comfortable ride. Sold a 2014 e350 convertible to get the sedan. Drop top was awesome but kids appreciate more space in sedan. In the snow it is a beast, in the rain it’s a monster, riding on 18’s and switched out the tub flats for fat diaper tires, but the ride is a dream. Looked at 2020 740 Bmw and believe it or not the drivers cabin felt bigger in the eclass?!? Big enough but not unwieldy, it Moves to 100 mph really easy can’t imagine what the e400/e500 is like. The self driving is a gimmick heads up display is ok but not needed, heated seats are a must, and the mb-tex seats are a disappointment on a $75+ car Navigation blows… other than that it’s a 10/10. Changed drive belts as a precaution use liquid moly oil, it makes the direct injection motor idle quieter. Run regular gas not super
