I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

Richard Webb was professional and courteous,did a very good job getting work done. Effort by cashier to modify invoice as needed was not very good. Needed delayed email invoice latter.

Great riding car and easy to handle. Almost drives itself! This is my fifth E Class Mercedes, and they have all been reliable, safe cars. Lots of electronics in this one!

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. I'm absolutely amazed with the kindness, professionalism and genuine interest to make sure you have everything you are looking for and more. I've always hated shopping for cars, always. But not now; I will always come back to Cars of Tamps anytime I need a car and I've already bragged about these true gentlemen to everyone I've been around. You wouldn't believe it....they don't play the "let me ask my sales manager" games. The price is clearly stated and there are no additional "hidden fees" for this and that. I adore Jankat (Jon) and Metin as we spent most of our time with them; they are truly amazing men who make you feel honored that you are at their business. Best car buying experience I ever had. The whole team was awesome, polite, courteous, efficient and to the point. Stayed focused on customers needs. Looking at Ford Edge's for my daughter to drive to Colorado and live. After dealing with large dealerships and getting run around we pulled into Cars of Tampa saw no Edge but nice 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee they just got in 2 days prior, met all the options needed SUV, 6Cyl, Low miles for age, well maintained, AWD & 4x4 low for occasional off road camping,. They came down on price, fixed problems I wanted, rotors turned and new brakes installed. While repairing they found another problem replaced both fuel pumps. They even took vehicle to Jeep dealership to fix electrical problem found wires damaged inside rear panel, had all recalls updated. Cars.com rated as good deal but I feel it was a Great Deal. Research your vehicle, make and informed decision and don't buy till you feel comfortable, car fax a must. Drove 120 miles 3x & test drove 3 times. They even put it up on lift so I could view underside and check for rust or damage. No pressure, Manager said we like the cars and carfax to sell them selves. But they made sure the car was in top condition so my daughter would feel safe in a reliable auto driving across country. Thank You Cars of Tampa.

I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.

I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

Bought 1 owner 76,000 miles 2007 e350 in 2022. Love this car zero issues. I did replace valve seals as recommended after 80,000 it’s been a great car so far and still looks and feels new
