I came to Mercedes-Benz of North Haven for a very specific Infiniti Q50. Mr. Don Shephard was appointed to me as my sales rep.We we went for my test drive…I was extremely transparent with Don and explained all things leading up to that moment. Good, bad , indifferent. Straight shooter as I called him, he returned the favor! Coming from previous experience in the business I knew what my deal could be possible, but didn’t know if the team would want to invest the time in off-brand car. Needless to to say, the finance guru… Danny and Don worked my deal relentlessly for days and didn’t give up on me! At no point did I feel that my treatment differed due to it being an off brand car. I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

Had a great experience, with very nice selection of cars. Jay was very helpful and did not feel any pressure to buy a car even though I purchased the GLA. They worked very fast as well. Would recommend getting your Mercedes from this location.

I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

Tom Aveni is a pleasure to work with. We live in northern VA. He was so responsive to our needs that I took the Acela train and Long Island Rail to get to Huntington, NY and bought a GLC300 from him. I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.

This is the second car I purchased from this dealer. In March, I purchased a 22' Outlander SEL for my company car. This week I went back and purchased another 22 Outlander SEL for my wife! This has been my 5th MB, and is one of my favorites to date. It is an E400 4-matic coupe. Looks great, and even though 6 years old, most people think it is new. performance is not track-worthy but perfect for touring and everyday driving. Has been bulletproof mechanically and i consistently get 22-24 mpg average with spirited driving. Having the old screen is cumbersome, but I'm sure they have fixed it with newer models.

Great experience took the ferry over from CT the dealership was about 30 min from ferry my sales rep Mercy was amazing! Most all of the paperwork was taken care of b4 I got there. Everything went smooth & was back on the ferry in my new ride ( audi S8) in a few hrs. Highly recommend Lemans and their exceptional staff to score your next vehicle. Overall a great car. The service is on the expensive side but the car is a pleasure to drive and really make long trips enjoyable. Compared to other cars I have owned the annual cost will probably be even or slightly higher but I expected it when purchased.

I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.

Have 40k and only maintenance has been annual oil changes and a new set of tires. Ride is super comfortable, interior is total luxury. First Mercedes we have owned, owed BMWs and Porches, and would definitely buy Mercedes again. Get compliments from anyone riding in the car. Only nit is navigation, but we use Apple CarPlay so no big deal

I dealt with Josh Alexander from Mercedes White Plains to purchase my 2017 Sprinter. Great riding car and easy to handle. Almost drives itself! This is my fifth E Class Mercedes, and they have all been reliable, safe cars. Lots of electronics in this one!
