On November 25th I went to the Mercedes on Ontario, and was looking to buy an electric car around 7pm in the evening, I was looking at the EQB 350 when this very nice sales representative Abel Vargas helped us and was very nice and interactive explained to us what was good about the electric vehicles, at the end of the point of buying the EQB 350 the transaction at around 2am Black Friday after hours but I will like to mention excellent and outstanding sales person human being his name is fadi batarni I had a situation where I had to call him, a couple days after but was out of town but still answered right away, like always nice friendly and helpful manner, and I really appreciate the help and appreciate the huge help on purchasing my EQB 350 Thank you much guys I really like my car.

This review is long overdue. Dominique Torres has assisted us multiple times since we got our EQS about a year ago, and each experience has been outstanding. She’s always been a pleasure to work with – easy to reach, quick to respond, and proactive in providing timely updates. Most recently, I had an issue with a headlight. I called Dominique in the morning, and she told me I could bring the car in later that same day. I stopped by House of Imports after work, and Dominique promptly received the vehicle and took care of everything. She even offered a courtesy car in case mine needed to stay overnight, but the issue was resolved in about 30 minutes, and I was back on the road in no time. That’s what excellent service looks like. In recent years, I’ve noticed a general decline in customer service across many places – but not here. Its’s refreshing to work with someone like Dominique who consistently goes above and beyond. This is exactly how you retain clients and turn them into repeat customers.

I had a great experience buying my car at MB of Riverside. Liliana was very professional, knowledgeable, and nice and easy to talk to person. Sales manager Rob and finance manager Justin were very helpful and accommodating!!! Overall, I have a great experience buying my new car!!! Thank you.

I looked at 4 different vehicles and ended up with a Toyota Tacoma, car’s history was very transparent and the price for its condition was superb. Overall - very positive experience.

This is my first experience with Fletcher Jones and it has been a good one so far. Buying a car long distance, sight unseen is always a bit of a challenge and potentially a risk. I feel very good about the responsiveness and customer care provided by Fletcher Jones staff. My first interaction with a representative from STG via cel phone did not result in a transaction that met my satisfaction. Some days later I was contacted by a different representative and things went very smoothly. Caesar Q and I reached an agreement that he confirmed by email. I drove down from San Jose with my trade in vehicle and a cashiers check and arrived well after dark. The truck was prepared and ready for me to perform a thorough inspection and test drive. I was inside, outside and under the truck and it was very clean and looked as good as it did in the photos. Caesar was a pleasure to meet and work with. Very friendly and easy to communicate with, he and I shared some similar interests. The paperwork went smoothly and Caesar explained everything about the process as we went along. I've been putting off getting a new card because the exhausting process (in the past) is so anxiety provoking for me. I've had 2 Mercedes in the past, and never had a bad experience. On a whim, I began looking online and searched all the MB dealerships around and, by far, Mercedes Benz of Long Beach had the best inventory and most competitive prices. So, I sent an email inquiry about one of their vehicles and within an hour, the Internet Sales Manager (Joel Turett) got in touch with me. Even with less than perfect credit, Joel had me financed in about 20 minutes. The next day I came in, test drove a couple vehicles I liked and finally settled on one. I got a more than expected fair trade on my old Mercedes, and was leaving there in a short time with my new car. In the past when car shopping (especially at MB dealerships), I've always felt I was treated "less than", because I wasn't buying $75,000 car. Not the case here! From Joel, to the sales manager, to the woman in the finance department... everyone was so kind and helpful. I'm not one to write reviews often, but I felt I needed to express my positive experience, especially with Joel. You can't go wrong contacting him if you're in the market for a Mercedes. He's patient, has been working there for over a decade so he is beyond knowledgeable, and, most importantly, never once pressured me or made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. The entire dealership operates like a well oiled machine with a team atmosphere and I believe that is evidenced by all these positive reviews. You guys have a lifelong customer... Thank you!.

We purchased a used 2016 Toyota Corolla from Mercedes Benz of Long Beach last night. From my first email interaction with the online sales contact, Isabel, through the sales process over a few days with Steve, they treated us like royalty as if we were purchasing a brand new $60K Mercedes from them.
