Recently (within last month) bought a used Mercedes from this dealership. Marvin was fantastic, answered all of my questions, went on test drive, found the second key, had it detailed before pickup and even took the time to program my phone, etc. I would have given 5 stars but the financing process was a bit much. In the end I bought a beautiful car and am happy with my purchase.

I bought this car online and dealt with Cesar, my sales rep. He was amazing and along with the general manager made the buying process simple and easy. They sent me photos and we facetimed to be able to see the car inside and out in detail. Cesar picked me up at the airport, had paperwork ready, test drove the car with me, had the vehicle nicely detailed and with a full tank of gas and showed me all the new features on my new car. I was very thankful for that because much has changed with MB and so much more technology to learn from my 2010 E class. The ride and comfort of the GLC300 is superb and driving it over 2000 miles homes was such a pleasure. I would highly recommend Cesar to anyone looking for a great buying experience and Stevens Creek MB is a great dealership to purchase from. Big thanks to the whole team there!

We leased an EQE 350+ from Autobahn motors. The only reason I?m giving this dealership 5 stars is due to Stan Mojaisky. He immediately addressed the issue we were having with the lease (getting a $1000 a charging credit from Mercedes Benz USA). We had to call MB USA twice and they directly called the dealership to let them know there was a valid promotion to apply to our account. They mentioned that an assistant manager would take of our account. Weeks passed and nothing happened. I called back and was connected with Stan who patiently listened to the frustration we endured during this process and immediately went to work to make sure we had the credit applied to our account. This is the kind of responsiveness we have enjoyed when we have worked with other Mercedes dealerships. Until that point we had unreturned calls and messages. Thank you Stan!

Called around various MB dealerships to test drive the 2024 EQB 250+ and finally found available inventory in the San Jose location and spoke to Tedi, who had one parked and ready to test drive as soon as I arrived. My new GLC plugin hybrid was having trouble initializing the digital extras. It appears not able to finish the task beyond 24 hours. I reported the problem to my sales. She promptly arranged services and escalated the case to her manager and Mercedes Customer Assistance. A case was created with Customer Assistance directing service to troubleshoot the problem. With a coordinated effort they were able to fix the problem and return my car in pristine condition a few days later. I?m impressed. My experience with them is five-star.

I had searched long and hard for a 2011 Mercedes Benz E350 BlueTec. They are rare and hard to find in a good quality car. When one that looked like an excellent candidate surfaced in the cars.com search engine, the people at Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco went above and beyond to get us the information we asked for and needed to make an informed decision about the car. The staff worked after hours to secure our confidence that this car was the one I had been looking for, so I made the 300 mile drive on a Sunday to make it happen. I was greeted warmly and everyone there was professional, efficient and they treated me with courtsey and respect. The car was all it was advertised to be and even more, and the decision to purchase was an easy one. They assisted me in finding financing at favorable terms. After the sale an associate spent nearly an hour with me teaching me how to use all the features of my new car. If there was anything at all I was dissapointed with, it would be the offer extended for my trade-in. However, it was not out of line with what I had been offered by other dealers. The dealership is a beautiful building with a bright and inviting atmosphere. In summary, I am very, very pleased with my new E Class, and I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of San Francisco to anyone shopping for a car. I had a great experience and feel like I got an excellent value for the car I purchased.

We purchased a CPO C250 from a nice sales lady named Veronica Cheung the other day. She is fair, patience and professional, She made a stressful process a pleasant one. Although the detailing job of the C250 was not perfect, there are quite a few slight "noticeable defects"....worn-out volume switch on the steering wheel, dried excessive wax on cravasses of the body, some chipped paints, dusts on some internal area...etc. With the assurance of the Purchasing Manager and Veronica, I am sure all these minor things will be taken care of when I bring my car in when the promised part arrives. Kudo to The Mercedes Benz of San Francisco managment team, you folks really understand what Great Customer Service is ! PS. The ladies at the reception desk are very pleasant and helpful too, excellent first impression!

I have been looking for a nice second gen Honda Pilot for quite some time and live in Western Washington. He helped me with every step of the long distance process and I went ahead with the purchase and had it shipped over 700 miles to me. Came in today after looking at 3 other dealerships. I originally came in for a certified pre owned vehicle. I was greeted with a smile by Mina. We were up front on exactly what we wanted as far as a sales rep went. She hooked us up with John Modica and Andy. These two men were the dream team!! They worked together to get us an awesome deal on the dream car that I wanted. The best part is that it is BRAND NEW and the exact color I wanted. I came in with low hopes and these guys put the bar through the roof for me. These people are awesome. I definitely recommend making the drive even if you're like me and have to travel over 2 hours.
