This is really a great place, they are so busy it is amazing. Pricing on some cars are fantastic. I just sent a friend there to look at one and it was gone by the time she arrived. The overall experience was nice. The sales associate was nice. But when I got home and lifted the hood. I realized I immediately needed new filters, new oil. Top of the antifreeze the windshield wiper fluid was empty. Everything was good until then. Then I was just irritated and realized I was going to be paying a few hundred dollars to get everything up to par.

Liz in sales was always helpful and made the buying process a breeze. She addressed all my concerns about the Carfax report, pricing & extra keys. The dealership's facilities are convenient & very clean. The vehicle itself was in great condition. The financing process can be made more transparent. It would be helpful to know about the extended warranty options beforehand as cost of these options can add 10-20% to the cost of the car. It is hard to make this decision at the last moment. However, I could have added to the financing.

Great inventory, pricing and good service but service is high price for somethings like oil change, other mercedes dealers $100 less for identical service. Walter, salesperson, easy to work with.
