After a long Cars.Com search for that perfect E350 Coupe I finally found it at Euro Motorcars Bethesda. The buying experience was top notch. My sales professional was Shady Samy and let me tell you that I could not have had a more professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful team member. From the beginning to the end nothing but professionalism. Due to the fact that I lived 3.5 hours away from the dealership there were a lot of calls, text, pictures, etc. and Shady did not once hesitate to get back to me quickly. When I did get to the dealership, everything that Shady communicated to me was exactly as described. I would highly recommend that if you are planning to deal with EMC that you ask for Shady. Brought my car in for a tune up at 100,000 miles. The service reps, Buch and Eric, were knowledgeable about what needed to be done and helpful talking through what needed to be repaired now and what could wait. They arranged a loaner car for the time my car was in the shop. Overall a pleasant experience, and the friendliness of the service reps was key to that.

Art was kind enough to set an appointment for me to have a tire checked out. They were thorough and fixed the problem.
