The car is great. The charging sucks. The MBUSA EQS Support is worse. MBUSA mis-represented the free charging and I think they should be called out for poor decisions. MBUSA added a concierge call in number but these people know less about the car and support services they I learnt in 2 months. You need a strong dealer and a good relationship with them to cover the mess MBUSA mad. Really love the car.

In One Word "Wonderful"! From "Sir John Jones", who walked me through the process, to the service writer I engaged in a conversation about the truck I purchased, it was a pleasure. Even the finance meeting with AAA Charles was painless. Just Felt like good folks helping an old man through it. Personal attention to the vehicle Technology side of things, showing me how to operate all the Stuff, helped and they delivered the truck to Houston! Way to go, great Team. I buy and sell vehicles, every couple years, and will surely return to Buda!

I own a 1999 Mercedes Benz E320; it's lasted this long because I take good care of it. When it came time to replace the brakes and gaskets, I took it to big Wes at Smith Imports; I've used them for many years. The prices were more than competitive and my car was returned to me repaired, wash and cleaned. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone but Wes and Smith Imports. These guys are really good.

Overall great experience. Salesman was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this salesman to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I spoke with Peter a few times on the phone about a certain car on their website. He was fantastic-- very knowledgeable , low pressure and very accommodating. I live about 90 miles from SD so Peter text and emailed me all the info I needed to make a decision on this car. I submitted my financing application online , drove down to test drive the car the next day...LOVED IT...and sat down with Bob, the owner, and within 30 minutes I was on my way...driving away with a new car. The experience was nothing like I've ever experienced in buying a new car- easy, quick and efficient! The car is gorgeous and I got it at a great price. Peter and I are still in communication regarding a few items (extra keys, etc) and he is very responsive and I have faith that he will come through for me! I've been putting off getting a new card because the exhausting process (in the past) is so anxiety provoking for me. I've had 2 Mercedes in the past, and never had a bad experience. On a whim, I began looking online and searched all the MB dealerships around and, by far, Mercedes Benz of Long Beach had the best inventory and most competitive prices. So, I sent an email inquiry about one of their vehicles and within an hour, the Internet Sales Manager (Joel Turett) got in touch with me. Even with less than perfect credit, Joel had me financed in about 20 minutes. The next day I came in, test drove a couple vehicles I liked and finally settled on one. I got a more than expected fair trade on my old Mercedes, and was leaving there in a short time with my new car. In the past when car shopping (especially at MB dealerships), I've always felt I was treated "less than", because I wasn't buying $75,000 car. Not the case here! From Joel, to the sales manager, to the woman in the finance department... everyone was so kind and helpful. I'm not one to write reviews often, but I felt I needed to express my positive experience, especially with Joel. You can't go wrong contacting him if you're in the market for a Mercedes. He's patient, has been working there for over a decade so he is beyond knowledgeable, and, most importantly, never once pressured me or made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. The entire dealership operates like a well oiled machine with a team atmosphere and I believe that is evidenced by all these positive reviews. You guys have a lifelong customer... Thank you!.

(SHOULD LAST 70-100,000 MI) PEGGY OBTAINED PAYMENT FOR THE DEFECTIVE PART FROM BENTLEY BUT NOT FOR THE INSTALLATION. I HAD TO PAY $2000. WROTE TO BENTLEY CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE THAT A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY INSTALL. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AS WELL. i WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.
