The car is great. The charging sucks. The MBUSA EQS Support is worse. MBUSA mis-represented the free charging and I think they should be called out for poor decisions. MBUSA added a concierge call in number but these people know less about the car and support services they I learnt in 2 months. You need a strong dealer and a good relationship with them to cover the mess MBUSA mad. Really love the car.

After looking for my car online at cars.com I found the car I wanted at ecars in San Diego. Robert (bob) and Ray were easy to work with and there was NO pressure to buy anything. Unfortunately most sales guys at dealerships use the "what's it gonna take to get you into this vehicle today" approach. Not at ecars I will be back in the future and highly suggest giving them a try at satisfying your needs for a vehicle

This was my seventh Mercedes that I have purchased. While the automobile and the dealership are excellent, what I wanted to rave about is my salesman on this purchase, Martin Kockler. Martin is highly professional and very polite. He supplied me with timely information that I required to finalize the transaction. I do not like to be “ oversold “ . Martin’s approach was refreshing and I would definitely purchase a car from him in the future.

I have been looking for a nice second gen Honda Pilot for quite some time and live in Western Washington. I found what sounded like a really nice one online and sent an inquiry and received a response from Mike Malott. He was very honest and upfront about the long distance purchase process and gave me a fair and honest description of the Pilot. He helped me with every step of the long distance process and I went ahead with the purchase and had it shipped over 700 miles to me. When I received the Pilot, I was truly amazed at how nice it was on person and it exceeded my expectations on every way. This Place is great, Truly a deal on nearly every car they have. They sell a lot of new cars, and don't charge your "Market adjustment fee" that other places charge. Their pre-owned cars are also nice and great deals as long as you expect to buy a used car. But then again if your going to a car dealership anywhere and are expecting to buy a used car with 50K miles and it be perfect then you need to reassess your standards because no used car with 50K miles will be perfect.

Came in today after looking at 3 other dealerships. I originally came in for a certified pre owned vehicle. I was greeted with a smile by Mina. We were up front on exactly what we wanted as far as a sales rep went. She hooked us up with John Modica and Andy. These two men were the dream team!! They worked together to get us an awesome deal on the dream car that I wanted. The best part is that it is BRAND NEW and the exact color I wanted. I came in with low hopes and these guys put the bar through the roof for me. These people are awesome. I definitely recommend making the drive even if you're like me and have to travel over 2 hours. It will definitely be worth your while.
