Yesterday I bought a Used car from Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek. Probably the least expense they had on the lot. But? I was treated like I was buying the top of the line Mercedes. Everyone was veery pleasant even the financial guy?which in my experience is very unusual. He understood my position and reacted favorable. A really nice guy. What blew my mind was that the general manger came by today hello. But the best part of the experience was my salesman. We moved our business from another Mercedes dealer because Darren was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the Mercedes autos, options, process, timeline, etc. He did NOT use any pressure whatsoever. he focused on educating us to ensure the vehicle was EXACTLY what my wife wanted. If I had a sales opening in my firm, he is exactly the high performing sales person who I would hire!! Kudos and well done.
