Brandon Lutz, Ryan Sweitzer, and Angie Ecenrode are who I work with when having my car serviced and they make the process very smooth and efficient while showing they truly care about me and my car. Recently I had my c43 AMG inspected at Mercedes Benz of Lancaster and the service team saved my car from damages that two leaks could have caused. I bought the car from Carmax Lancaster less than 3,000 miles ago, who also inspected the car, but for some reason Carmax’s techs did not detect these leaks. Mercedes Benz of Lancaster provides an extremely thorough and detailed report of the work they do on my cars, they keep me updated through the process, provide a complimentary loaner vehicle, and are very detailed in explaining any part of the process. Mercedes Benz of Lancaster truly provides exceptional service, care, and quality.
