Jon and Brandon, my service writer and technician, were very responsive and communicated to me what my CLS550 needed and what could wait a bit longer. Many dealers simply attempt to scare you that your Mercedes-Benz is going to break down if you do t get everything recommended repaired on the spot.

After a long Cars.Com search for that perfect E350 Coupe I finally found it at Euro Motorcars Bethesda. The buying experience was top notch. My sales professional was Shady Samy and let me tell you that I could not have had a more professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful team member. From the beginning to the end nothing but professionalism. Due to the fact that I lived 3.5 hours away from the dealership there were a lot of calls, text, pictures, etc. and Shady did not once hesitate to get back to me quickly.
