I found my vehicle at Mercedes Benz of Fayetteville after searching the MB USA website. I bought the car virtually and the process was seamless and perfect. Right up until shipping. That experience proved to be quite frustrating. My salesman Courtney and I believe the sales manager Aaron went the extra mile to really make sure I was satisfied and happy. Like the title implies, doing one of the things Mercedes does best. I absolutely love the cars but the customer service is what seals the deal! There are very few companies left that treat customers this way. Mercedes will always have my business as long as they maintain this. Initially bought a used 2023 GLE AMG, but it had a perfume odor that was not acceptable to us or dealership. Purchased based on assurance that could be corrected. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts, and not a lack in trying, dealership could not remove the smell. They facilitated us trading for a new 2025 GLE 350 with a minimum amount of hassle. While two ends of performance spectrum (we were loaned a 350 while they worked multiple days on the AMG), we discovered for everyday needs the 350 would work well for our needs.
