I came to Mercedes-Benz of North Haven for a very specific Infiniti Q50. Mr. Don Shephard was appointed to me as my sales rep.We we went for my test drive…I was extremely transparent with Don and explained all things leading up to that moment. Good, bad , indifferent. Straight shooter as I called him, he returned the favor! Coming from previous experience in the business I knew what my deal could be possible, but didn’t know if the team would want to invest the time in off-brand car. Needless to to say, the finance guru… Danny and Don worked my deal relentlessly for days and didn’t give up on me! At no point did I feel that my treatment differed due to it being an off brand car. Within minutes of emailing this dealer, I received a call back from Chris Larkin, the internet sales contact. Chris was at all times diplomatic, friendly and helpful. He confirmed a number of details about the car i was interested in. Chris also followed up on regular intervals with me. Even though - for unrelated reasons - I wound up buying a BMW from another dealer, I cannot rate my interaction with Chris highly enough. One of my friends will be replacing her Mercedes soon and I will absolutely recommend MB of New London as the first place to shop.

This was my very first time to bring my GLA250 for a flat tire repair, I contacted Mr Bryan Walsh online and he responded right away my car issues and we discussed the availability of tire and safety of my car, if I’ll drive 30miles or more with a Running flat tire which I decided not too, thanks for the good advice. So when I came in their facilities their front desk peoples were very friendly greeted with a smile , you feel like you’ve been there before, thanks for a friendly environment for a first timer “first impression long last” . I’ll waited until I got my turn with Bryan Walsh , My impression he’s a very good man and knows his job VERY WELL , giving a super detail explanation to his clients patiently and eloquently, the receiving area is amazing with average snacks (just enough😀) ,good WIFI connections and clean restrooms ... sales department I didn’t get my car in this dealership so I don’t have any words, will see next time ... showroom is awesome lots of cars display inside and outside. They have a huge space parking for their clients compare to my dealership (Rallye) . I ‘d pay for a total of $399 for tire replacements and service fee. FIRST EXPERIENCE GREAT SERVICE Keep it Up
