I have driven only American cars since 2006, they normally come with lots of bells and whistles, so it was funny to see an ash tray and CD player in the vehicle. I like the way the car handles. It is smooth to drive and comfortable. Not too big and not too small.

The owner and staff of this dealership is just amazing. They took someone, me, that has been broken down, washed to the side and discarded (due to my injuries in Iraq and what I needed to go to get myself better) and they changed my life today. They gave me a chance and got me approved when no one else would. The owner had me in tears when he got me approved. Do you have a minute - I do - to commend and highly comment on your service writer - Jason Pierce. He has been my service writer for a number of years now with two Mercedes under my belt. He has made me a deliver in service at its best. He met me in the car aisle with a smile and we went over what the car required and how much it was going to cost. There is no surprises when you check out. The did the maintenance on my S560, and then found out that the 4 wheel alignment needed to be done, but that was completed in my estimation in record time. I was only there for a few hours and now my car runs and drives like new again. I am in love with my Mercedes and after years of driving other cars - this one is the best. Wish I could have done it earlier in my life. But back to Mr. Pierce - he is honest and very hardworking. Keeping you continuously in the loop on what needs attention and what doesn't. It's a pleasure to have him as my personal go-getter when it comes to my vehicle. I commend him and I hope you do too! Nice work Mr. Pierce!
