I had a fantastic experience at this dealership! Griffin was my primary contact throughout the sales process and I cannot thank him enough for the wonderful assistance he provided me. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, and upon hearing about the negative experiences people have had at dealerships in general I became nervous about the process but Griffin alleviated my nerves quickly. He was not your typical pushy or overly persuasive car salesman, rather he was respectful, attentive, and patient from beginning to end, especially when answering my questions, teaching me how to navigate the technology of the car, setting up the Mercedes app and so forth. Not to mention that due to my initial nervousness I had brought my family along and Griffin also took the time to answer their questions, which I appreciated as I know addressing the comments of multiple people at one time can be a lot to handle. The financing director, Marco, also exhibited the same traits during the purchasing process which I greatly appreciated. This SUV looks very cute, drives extremely well, highly maneuverable, very stable, and is easy to park anywhere. Its interior is fabulous. It remains stable in cross winds and in tight corners.

I reside in Arizona and bought a used 2016 M4 out of state from this dealership in Colorado and Chad Folkerts-whom I strongly recommend-,my sales rep, did an incredible job coordinating the entire process. I flew out for a test drive and walk around of the vehicle prior to signing and Chad was personable, professional, and had great communication both on the phone and in-person. I even made him jump hoops by having it pre inspected at the local BMW dealership. Also helped arrange getting the car shipped down here. I also had a great experience with Roman, their finance manager. He made signing quick and painless. I applaud the level of customer service at this dealership!

We have had our GLA 250 for 9 months now and absolutely love it. Great handling and ride comfort. Big enough for hauling small pieces of furniture. It’s our first Mercedes. No wonder people buy one.

I must say when I first purchased the vehicle it handled very smoothly now when I took it to get the smoke smell out it drive like the new parts were taken out so I have to take it back to the dealership and get another car and have it inspected. Which I love Carvana I’m going to get my car from them because I had a larger suv and it’s been great on gas and insurance as well.
