Visited Grieco Honda, Johnston,RI, on Fri. Mar.28, just to begin looking for a new vehicle. Didn’t plan to drive off the lot that day with a new vehicle, because “just looking “. Then we were introduced to Jacob Hammen. He put me right at ease by asking me what I was looking for in a vehicle, not what he wanted for me. He gave me the time to make a decision, narrowing it down to two cars of interest, which he then allowed us to test drive. Fell in love with a Honda Accord. From there, Jacob went above and beyond to present a deal that we were very comfortable with. While he was putting everything in motion for us, he also took the time to make sure we were comfortable in our wait for all the proper paperwork to be completed….asking if we wanted, or needed, a beverage, or snack. Gloucester Toyota is where I bring both our Avalon and Highlander for maintenance. I am confident in their workmanship. Their staff is professional, congenial and efficient. We live in Heathsville and it's a bit of a trek to take our vehicles there. I would not do the trek unless I had a pleasant experience every time. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to have a good relationship with a shop. I would easily consider purchasing a vehicle from them when it's time for another reliable vehicle.

Harrison Barnette was very understanding of my unique situation. My home and a vehicle had been destroyed by the November 3rd tornado in OKC. I found a very similar truck online, and Harrison was somehow able to hold the truck even though I had no firm date for delivery due to everything that I was experiencing.
