I visited the ALM Marietta,GA location. They have a HUGE inventory and many brands of imports and domestic vehicles. My sales rep Malik was absouletly fantastic!!! He was patient with me as I looked at sev-eral vehicles. He educated me on them all. The finance fella Cesar had me approved in mins! After entering my 2020 E450, I got a display message that said "12V Battery. See Operator's Manual". Sent a quick note to Mitch Griffin thinking after 5 years a new battery was probably needed. He responded and after contacting RBM, Jordin Mendez was dispatched to my house. In about 20 minutes, the battery was replaced. Great job by Mitch, Jordin and my phone contact at RBM.
