Visited Grieco Honda, Johnston,RI, on Fri. Mar.28, just to begin looking for a new vehicle. Didn’t plan to drive off the lot that day with a new vehicle, because “just looking “. Then we were introduced to Jacob Hammen. He put me right at ease by asking me what I was looking for in a vehicle, not what he wanted for me. He gave me the time to make a decision, narrowing it down to two cars of interest, which he then allowed us to test drive. Fell in love with a Honda Accord. From there, Jacob went above and beyond to present a deal that we were very comfortable with. While he was putting everything in motion for us, he also took the time to make sure we were comfortable in our wait for all the proper paperwork to be completed….asking if we wanted, or needed, a beverage, or snack. I have purchased several Toyota Tacomas from this dealer. This is my 7th Tacoma.This time the sales department outreached me. I had no plan to replace the vehicle I was driving. They had several 2024 Tacomas and the sales manager encouraged me to come take a look at one of them, stating that he could offer me trade in, price and terms that would be extremely attractive. That turned out to be very true, and the vehicle had many features that were not available when I purchased the Tacoma I was driving. As was my past experience, they were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. I am extremely happy with this purchase and recommend them most highly.
