I personally went back like 4 times to find the right car, Derek was nice enough to open my options to out of town cars and ship them to my local dealer. Gloucester Toyota is where I bring both our Avalon and Highlander for maintenance. I am confident in their workmanship. Their staff is professional, congenial and efficient. We live in Heathsville and it's a bit of a trek to take our vehicles there. I would not do the trek unless I had a pleasant experience every time. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to have a good relationship with a shop. I would easily consider purchasing a vehicle from them when it's time for another reliable vehicle.

I have purchased several Toyota Tacomas from this dealer. This is my 7th Tacoma.This time the sales department outreached me. I had no plan to replace the vehicle I was driving. They had several 2024 Tacomas and the sales manager encouraged me to come take a look at one of them, stating that he could offer me trade in, price and terms that would be extremely attractive. That turned out to be very true, and the vehicle had many features that were not available when I purchased the Tacoma I was driving. As was my past experience, they were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. I am extremely happy with this purchase and recommend them most highly.

My husband and I purchased two brand new vehicles yesterday from Mercedes Benz of Lehigh Valley. The customer service there was exceptional. Our salesman was Dave Cooke. Dave is Awesome! He was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and really made us feel at home. All of the staff there are very welcoming. It's like one big happy family. Elijah, the F & I Manager was awesome as well. He thoroughly went over all of the paperwork. He is very knoledgeable.There wasn't one question that we asked that he couldn't answer. After the purchase, we were greeted by two General Mangers who introduced themselves and congratulated us which I thought was very nice. I apologize for not remembering their names. Beth, the customer experience manager also introduced herself, congratulated us, explained her role and also told us that when we were ready to get our vehicles serviced, she would send someone to our home to pick our vehicles up, drop us off a loaner and bring our vehicles back when they are done. How awesome is that! And she knows we live a hour away. Talk about Customer Service! I also had the pleasure of speaking with James Lewis, he was also very welcoming. James let me know that if Dave wasn't available, he would be more than happy to assist me. Thank you James! All I can say is, it was very nice to go into an establishment and feel so welcomed. The customer service is top tier. Thanks again everyone! We want to especially thank Dave Cooke for his WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! It was such a pleasure working with him.
