I purchased a GLE 53 from Stevens Creek early this week and my experience was exceptional. I scheduled an appointment to check out a twilight blue color and Ace (sales rep) did an excellent job to show me car functions and also a test drive. Also managed to get a good price as well working with Ace. Very knowledgeable. Process was extremely smooth with no pressure. Picked up the car after 2 days and Ace had the car very ready for pickup. He spent time to set me up with the Mercedes app, and also teaching me how to use different functions in the car. In no time I was enjoying my new car and living the dream! Yesterday I bought a Used car from Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek. Probably the least expense they had on the lot. But? I was treated like I was buying the top of the line Mercedes. Everyone was veery pleasant even the financial guy?which in my experience is very unusual. He understood my position and reacted favorable. A really nice guy. What blew my mind was that the general manger came by today hello. But the best part of the experience was my salesman.
