Stephanie was great. Service was timely and car is running well, repairs successful. Service has two yr warranty and unlimited miles. Loaner car provided which is huge plus.

We arrived at the dealership on a Friday afternoon without an appointment. It was determined that our vehicle needed a replacement part, which would have to be procured from Germany. We were immediately provided with a loaner vehicle. Our Service Advisor kept us advised on the status of our vehicle throughout the process. In six working days, everything was completed.
