I love the car so far but I’ve only had it for two weeks. I had a 2015 Equinox before getting the GLB250. I looked at the GLA and GLC, as well as other manufacturers, but really liked the GLB. I must say I was smitten with Mercedes-Benz and always wanted to own one. So my thought process was rather jaded. I got the AMG package that offered a few other options that I like as well. I was concerned about it only being a inline 4 instead of a V6 but it seems to have the pickup and drive to soften that concern. The only thing that is stupid is the easy exit seat. It does not function as to what your definition of easy exit would be. Other vehicles have what I would consider easy exit. This vehicle does not. Even the sales associate was dumbfounded by it.

My experience was THE absolute best! I traveled all the way from PA to buy two 2015 Transit Vans (15 Passenger). Ayanna was very sweet and kind! She took notes, asked what my needs were for my business, asked questions about me! I truly appreciated how she wanted to get to know me instead of talking about the vehicle! I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

My only complaint is that the vehicle comes with run flat tires and no spare. The run flat tires don't allow for the best ride, but when it comes to everything else, the GLB is very good.

I can't speak enough on how well the whole process was with this dealership. From the first general inquiry all the way to the paperwork and driving off the lot, this place nailed it across the board. I would highly recommend anyone looking for those vehicles offered there to heavily consider doing business with them. 10 out of 10 all the way around.

Khalid is good, but Tyson Mercedes is greedy. Khalid wore a sharp tailored suit which is unheard of in the dealerships where I am from. He was very professional, pointing out flaws in the paint he offered to fix before I could point out the ones I saw. He respected my time which was less than ideal for making a purchase today. We made a handshake on a good deal, but it's been over 6 hours and I still haven't seen my "deal" in writing with an out the door quote. As far as Tyson Mercedes, the vehicle which was just "front end aligned" last week had one tire about 5-6 pounds low, and this was not noticed with the yellow light on the dash when it was pulled around for me earlier in the day. The test drive was not safe to conduct other than around the corner and back at slow speed, so I have no idea how it really handles. The biggest issue I have is the dealership assessing a "non-negotiable" sky-high processing fee which is nearly $1000, probably among the highest in Virginia. It doesn't cost $1000 for the 15 minutes of work it takes to process the sale and send the documents to DMV, etc. If they want this kind of fee, they should be selling vehicles $1000 below market value, and not even bothering marking them up $3000 over market value! Be prepared to negotiate $3000-4000 down just to get to the market price on a used vehicle! After you get to market price, make them take off some of the $1000 processing fee from the sale price or walk off the lot and go buy the same thing from another dealer who only charges $500 or less in processing fees. If it's taxable, it's negotiable! Do your research and use online tools to know the market value before you visit any dealership!

Ordered my GLB250 with all the right equipment - Spendy as my car topped out at over $52,000. Beautiful styling. I get compliments all the time - I had my car de-badged so there is an air of "What is it?" A few things I wish were standard equipment was the driver assist (radar based cruse control) and 360 camera system - all extra cost. The upgraded stereo was a must - I wish it had more low end sound. The Air Con seems weak - takes time to cool down on HOT days. My car is black with pano roof. I have a co worker who has a GLB and at less than 10,000 miles blown his cyl heads - OUCH $7,000 repair covered by warranty. Seems to be a common fault. The ride is graet - the milage is OK - I average around 21 in town and 30 on the highway. My previous GLA250 got excellent milage of 34 on the highway and 25 in town. I have the 7 passenger and love it - it is great for the kids 5.5 and under but it is not for adult seating. when not in use it has ample storage room. I have the Black w/ night package, advance lighting, pano roof, AMG styling package, Burmister stereo, Prem Package and the 19 inch 5 spoke AMG rims. Just a beautiful car with lots of curb appeal.

Purchased the 2021 GLB because I was looking for a compact-sized SUV with third row seating for kids. The GLB also has a modern interior, I like the turbine-style air vents and the "surfboard" infotainment and instrument cluster. Despite what others have said about navigating the infotainment, I don't find it hard or cumbersome to use. However, one nuisance is having to scroll to the radio presets every now and then on the instrument display, sometimes it doesn't save the last setting. I also like the large panoramic sunroof although that's a $1500 option. The engine is peppy and the car is nimble (for an SUV) and has great class gas mileage. There are a few annoyances though: 1) The 2nd row seats don't fold all the way down IF the seats are moved to the front most position (the headrest hits the front seats), this makes it even more difficult to climb into the 3rd row; 2) Android Auto and Apply Carplay doesn't take up the full 10.25 inch infotainment screen, Google Maps only displays 7 inches; 3) the dual exhaust tips are fake. The GLB isn't very stylish, isn't very fast and performance-oriented, and it's not the most luxurious Mercedes; however it offers the perfect practicality. The only competitor is the Discovery Sport which is also a compact, luxury SUV with a third row.

My Glb is probably the nicest suv I have ever driven. The ride is great, very little road noise. The info screen is huge and easy to use. The interior is luxurious and comfortable, big enough for 4 adults and I child or 3 large dogs. The 4 cylinder with a turbo is peppy and can step right up to pass.

After a long Cars.Com search for that perfect E350 Coupe I finally found it at Euro Motorcars Bethesda. The buying experience was top notch. My sales professional was Shady Samy and let me tell you that I could not have had a more professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful team member. From the beginning to the end nothing but professionalism. Due to the fact that I lived 3.5 hours away from the dealership there were a lot of calls, text, pictures, etc. and Shady did not once hesitate to get back to me quickly. As a new owner of a Mercedes-Benz I strongly recommend Koons Mercedes-Benz of Catonsville and not some **** _____ independent shop in the area. I was not looked down on in anyway because my car was an older used car with over 200 thousand miles on it. Ms. Jackie Pressman literally went above and beyond to explain to me everything from getting the initial diagnostic to the oil changes to the follow up.

Seeing that the used car market was so strong I traded in my 2017 SL 550 for a 2022 GLB 250. Actually, it wasn’t as difficult of a transition as I thought it would be. Of course I left the dealership with a brand new car and a check for $9k so that was nice. It has been an adjustment to go from 449 hp to 221 hp. Overall, I am extremely happy with this car. I think it is an unbelievable value. It is priced $5k more than the smaller GLA and $5k less than the GLC. It has a somewhat boxy styling but I think it definitely looks unique. Although I didn’t get it - I like the idea of a third row even if it is small. I absolutely love the giant tech screen in this car. The interior is very nice and the space in the back of the SUV is plenty big. This car drives smooth and I am very pleased with the stock stereo system. I definitely recommend this SUV.

I recently purchased a 2025 Corvette Z06 at this dealership and I had a great experience! He was so helpful, made sure I knew everything about my car and was always there to answer all of my questions. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met, and he even personally drove the car I purchased all the way to my home in Virginia. Jack is AMAZING and I would come back just for him. Hamza was also extremely kind and helpful and very intelligent. He made sure I was informed about all finance aspects of the car and he made sure I made the right choice when purchasing my maintenance plan. When 3rd row is down the rear cargo space is just as roomy as its GLC sibling. The 2.0L 220HP turbine 4 cylinder powerplant and dual clutch transmission compliments each other so well on the road. Standard safety features on our base model is ample for our conservative leisure driving habits. Entertainment and state of the art MBUX information system is supported by 2 10.25 inch displays with 3 user friendly ways to view the driving, performance and entertainment via steering wheel controls, touch screens and center console controls. We opted for the no panoramic roof so we can enjoy our leisure travels supported by crossbars and a cargo box. Overall we love our chosen new Mercedes Benz.

The staff I interacted with at Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis provided excellent service. I found a pre owned SUV on an internet search and called to confirm details of the offering. The used vehicle sales manager, Rori, and my sales agent, Mia, responded to my questions promptly and explained the "out-of-state" buying process in a comprehenisve manner. I agreed to a place a deposit and drove 120 miles to potentially complete the process. The vehicle exceeded my expectations as it was a one owner, fully serviced, and apparently garage kept beauty. The physical dealership was a first class facility and it was easy to view and test drive the ML350. Buying and closing process was efficient with optional coverage presented without pressure to buy. I readily recommend this dealership based upon my buying experience.

Fantastic vehicle all around ! I enjoy being able to customize the interior. Very comfortable. For a smaller SUV I did not expect to have so much room, there is plenty of leg room for a six foot man to comfortably sit in the back seat.
