Used 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 for sale near Covina, CA

My first interaction with a representative from STG via cel phone did not result in a transaction that met my satisfaction. Some days later I was contacted by a different representative and things went very smoothly. Caesar Q and I reached an agreement that he confirmed by email. I drove down from San Jose with my trade in vehicle and a cashiers check and arrived well after dark. The truck was prepared and ready for me to perform a thorough inspection and test drive. I was inside, outside and under the truck and it was very clean and looked as good as it did in the photos. Caesar was a pleasure to meet and work with. Very friendly and easy to communicate with, he and I shared some similar interests. The paperwork went smoothly and Caesar explained everything about the process as we went along. This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Faster car purchase for me. In an out in an hour with papers signed quickly and the sales person explained to me all the features with no rush even though he ended up missing the holiday party. I very much appreciated this hassle-free interaction.

Best car I’ve ever owned , very comfortable and smooth ride , great on gas . Also as long you do the proper maintenance the car will last you , had for for 3 years no problems whatsoever. Also very spacious for size. So i definitely recommend this car to family friends or whoever looking for a nice car.

I have owned glc300 AMG line for two years and I have positive things to say about it. Only critiques I have of this vehicle are the lack of more screens as there are still analogue speedometers on these year model. Interior could also be of higher quality materials. Rear is good

Coffee machines are still not working been almost a year. Get new ones. T V not working remote. Long wait for car just for a oil change and wash

HAVE. NOT PUT MANY MILES ON HER YET, BUT SO FAR LOVE IT! QUIET, FUN TO DRIVE, A GREAT INTERIOR, LOVE THE WAY ALL OF THE GAUGES AND THE GPS SCREEN ARE ARRANGED. STILL HAVE NOT LEARNED ALL THE CAR HAS TO OFFER, SO MANY BELLS AND WHISTLES!

I love this car. Quiet and just the right size . Super comfortable on long drives. This is my first SUV and I love the visibility as compared to my small Mercedes that I traded in for this. The upgrades and cameras are so improved also. The only thing that could be better is if it was driverless!!!

The prices attracted me. The customer service and experience/ level of knowledge was not great. There was an inconsistency of dealership policy. It would be nice to get a car for the price you expect. I felt forced to purchase items I did not want

I took my car in for yearly maintenance service on September 10, 2020. My service advisor was Tino and he was great. Everyone at Mercedes-Benz Los Angeles were very friendly and courteous.

Well, our experience with Tony was Fantastic! We found a car on the internet that we wanted and proceeded to go out there to purchase. Upon our arrival, Tony greeted us without delay and processed our request. We were out of the dealership within 1.5 hours, now that's a record! He got us our approval in a timely manner and it was all good!!! I would definitely work with them again. Now about the markup, it seems all the dealerships mark up and in order to stay in business so I don't worry too much. Plus the fact the car we purchased was in pristine condition with low miles it was worth the markup and the drive. I am a satisified!

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

I love working with my service advisor Terry McKie! He is the best and has the BEST customer service skills! He goes above and beyond for you and your vehicle!

I decided to go to Huntington Beach for my Sonata Sport Plus, instead of the dealership where I got my Elantra from last year, and I was not disappointed. The dealership is friendly and puts clientel first. I wasn’t rushed to do anything, just make my decisions and go. It’s not everyday that people go the extra mile for you. I couldnt get someone to take me there, but the dealership was super understanding and came to take me to the dealership, where we did all the paperwork and i was able to drive off the lot. Not only that, Christina P, the one who sold me the Sonata and also came to pick me up, also had driven to MULTIPLE dealerships to get me the exact car i wanted. Lance was awesome, working with what was able to be worked with, handling finances both in person and even through the phone. Y’all are sweet!
