Best car I’ve ever owned , very comfortable and smooth ride , great on gas . Also as long you do the proper maintenance the car will last you , had for for 3 years no problems whatsoever. Also very spacious for size. So i definitely recommend this car to family friends or whoever looking for a nice car.

Seen for regular service. Team found a nail in the tire. Went above and beyond to get us back on the road with a new tire in time for an important appointment.

I have owned glc300 AMG line for two years and I have positive things to say about it. Only critiques I have of this vehicle are the lack of more screens as there are still analogue speedometers on these year model. Interior could also be of higher quality materials. Rear is good

HAVE. NOT PUT MANY MILES ON HER YET, BUT SO FAR LOVE IT! QUIET, FUN TO DRIVE, A GREAT INTERIOR, LOVE THE WAY ALL OF THE GAUGES AND THE GPS SCREEN ARE ARRANGED. STILL HAVE NOT LEARNED ALL THE CAR HAS TO OFFER, SO MANY BELLS AND WHISTLES!

I love this car. Quiet and just the right size . Super comfortable on long drives. This is my first SUV and I love the visibility as compared to my small Mercedes that I traded in for this. The upgrades and cameras are so improved also. The only thing that could be better is if it was driverless!!!

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

Dakota was honestly the best sales associate I have ever dealt with. She was professional, kind, straight to the point and fast. I was able to close my loan in 3 hours even with adjustments needing to be made on the paperwork because she made me a priority. I always have an interesting car. I recently bought an AMG SLS Gullwing Coupe from MBOB. The sales associate, Mike, was exceptional. I did not have the car inspected, since MA has an auto warranty requirement. When I received the car, it did have a small oil leak. I have to say, I was concerned, since anything on an AMG car is expensive. However, after corresponding with Stephen (MBOB Service Director) and Tim (General Manager) they were good on their word and they coordinated with MB of Tucson for a valve cover gasket replacement. The car is fabulous, its condition is now perfect, MBOB's response was great, and I would not hesitate to buy a six figure car from them again!

I usually get SUVs or Trucks from American Brands. I wanted to get my self a really nice seadan. My buddy recommended me to go to Mercedes-Benz of Burlington before I go to any other luxury dealership. His recommendation was spot-on. Dealership is beautiful with a waterfall fountain plus a nice cafe. The staff is extremely accommodating. I met Collin Stankard valet who took me to TJ a sales associate. TJ was patient and helped me find the right car for my needs. Chris Caputo GSM took the time and found the proper numbers to make me happy because I like to haggle. Then I sat down with Steve Baker a finance manager me made the paperwork easy peasy. Elaine PC had an awesome delivery for me. I learned the ins and outs of the car. Tim Martino the GM was out on vacation but made sure that everything was done properly and I was treated like a VIP. My father was in the car industry. I know the games and gimmicks the people like to run. I'm extremely happy that I only had to go to one place and had a great experience. I'm now part of the mbob family.
