I went to Patricia office to explain my problem and right away she made me feel safe, and comfortable. Patricia was so professional, thoughtful, kind and understanding that after talking to Patricia I felt relieved from the stress that I was experiencing. Right away Patricia took care of the situation. It is a great feeling to know that there are people like Patricia Medina that takes there job serious and care about the people they work with. I love this car. Quiet and just the right size . Super comfortable on long drives. This is my first SUV and I love the visibility as compared to my small Mercedes that I traded in for this. The upgrades and cameras are so improved also. The only thing that could be better is if it was driverless!!!

I purchased EQE 350/25 , I request the quote on Saturday and finish all the numbers over the phone and I pick up the car on Tue (my day off) . The transaction was very clear and smooth . I always had a good experience with the service dept but today I was being taken advantage of. My 2018 Jeep Compass has only 30,000 miles and I was told by the advisor that it needs overall service and price would be $800 . I showed him the schedule that I was emailed and it was like $250 so I told him to just give me my free maintenance service that I usually get. I even showed him the pdf email. Also I brought my car in at 7:30 am on the line and he said that it should be ready by 9:30 and will call me. He never called so I just called service at 1 and it is ready. Next time I come for service and an advisor takes advantage I will ask for the Manager. I have friends that are retired from sales and service dept and I asked them and they said the advisor definitely was taking advantage of me; that there is no way 30,000 miles needs all that.

I rarely write reviews and for the very few times I have done so in my life time, it was always to point out a bad service. HOWEVER. I had exceptional experience purchasing my E400 Coupe with Steven David from Benzel Busch. Since getting my first license back when I was 16, I bought and sold 10 different cars and Steven by far exceeded any of the sales person I have worked in the past. He was very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls. I almost got a reply back within 5 minutes from sending an email and we had many emails back and forth as I was purchasing a vehicle out of state. He was very detailed and truthful when describing a vehicle that I was purchasing. There were few times where he reached out to me first on items normally you wouldn't expect sales person to. I live in NYC and when I first went to a dealership near my house they didn’t have much inventory and I’m addition didn’t really care much.
