Just had a great experience with the purchase of a Pre-Owned MB E350 wagon! Carlos Nazario, the salesman, was great at follow up and making sure everything was ready on time and the car was perfect! Bob Lasagne and Thomas Rudaj were also great to work with, professional and honest and made sure everything was right. I highly recommend this dealership, great comfortable showroom, everyone was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Lots of searching for cars and found the right one here!

I love this car. Quiet and just the right size . Super comfortable on long drives. This is my first SUV and I love the visibility as compared to my small Mercedes that I traded in for this. The upgrades and cameras are so improved also. The only thing that could be better is if it was driverless!!!

his is my 5th Mercedes Benz car and my second car from Mercedes Benz Manhattan. I worked with John Hart, who in my mind, is an exemplary sales professional. John worked with me through all the different models I was interested in until we came up with the right car at the right price. Ultimately, we had one built. Last weekend I went to the dealership to pick up the car. Again, John did everything he could to make my experience as pleasant as possible. I drove home feeling happy knowing I had made the right choice. John Hart made the entire process as easy and seamless as possible. We also had a little fun along the way. I rarely write reviews and for the very few times I have done so in my life time, it was always to point out a bad service. HOWEVER. I had exceptional experience purchasing my E400 Coupe with Steven David from Benzel Busch. Since getting my first license back when I was 16, I bought and sold 10 different cars and Steven by far exceeded any of the sales person I have worked in the past. He was very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls. I almost got a reply back within 5 minutes from sending an email and we had many emails back and forth as I was purchasing a vehicle out of state. He was very detailed and truthful when describing a vehicle that I was purchasing. There were few times where he reached out to me first on items normally you wouldn't expect sales person to. i learned my best approach would be going to an authorized dealership. i knew the car year & model that i wanted. i started compiling an excel list with all the car details. i google searched all mercedes dealerships starting in NJ (figured used car conditions there would be better) & noted all the mileage, prices, interior/exterior colors. i went through all of them, & wasn't too impressed & seemed a bit out of my price range for good mileage. the very last dealership i came across was Silver Star Motors in Long Island City. i checked their Certified Pre-Owned List & they had 2 exact options that i would be extremely happy with (light beige interior - which was harder to find!). the mileage & price for both options was a total steal compared to all the other dealerships.. a steal deal by far! I sent in on Sunday (they were closed) the submission of interest to schedule a test drive. I got a phone call from a rep at Silver Star Motors on Monday morning, who eventually connected me to Diana Sokolova. She called & texted me, first making sure that they actually still had both cars. She was very friendly, professional, direct, and prompt with all the replies. Quickly confirmed that both cars were indeed in store, & that i could come in to check them out. once i got there, she immediately welcomed (i didn't have to wait an hour or so like the previous experience at the private dealership), & took me straight to the cars, which were side by side next to each other. i already had a preference between the 2 options, & was able to test drive the main preference in no time. they had to shift about some cars to bring it down, i was very surprised how fast it was done. Diana was very knowledgeable & answered all of my questions with assurance. She definitely also helped pace out the test drive longer so that i could feel extra confident that the car in test was the one. she never rushed to end the test drive, much appreciated! After the test drive, i was certain to purchase. The price was exactly as advertised, no hidden fees, or anything. They advertised that as such, truly is the case.. again no hidden fees! I wasn't able to get the price down any, but the price was already so good. Great price, unbelievable mileage, perfect condition as used. The car was practically new! After finalizing, Diana was amazing once again! i had to call to set up and purchase car insurance, she helped make that process extra easy and smooth. With that done, i had the chance to drive home with the car right away. I made a request on numbers that i like for a license plate, & by luck it all worked out with the timing because of Diana's handle! Got exactly what i wanted! It was getting late, Diana & the whole Silver Star Motors team was indeed able to get everything in order at the end, & i was able to drive the car home on spot! (otherwise would've had to return the next day) I'm a beyond happy customer at Silver Star Motors; & I'm still completely grateful for Diana's amazing help with the 1st time purchase! If I'm ever back in market, they have my complete loyalty - will go directly to them! Diana is the best! Can't thank her enough! Hope my review is helpful! Diana + Silver Star deserve it!

I dealt with Josh Alexander from Mercedes White Plains to purchase my 2017 Sprinter. Really impressed with this dealership, particularly the service department. I was driving two kids to college, got a flat tire coming across the Tappan Zee bridge, 20 minutes into a 9 hour trip, happened upon them, had my tire changed in under an hour and on my way again. Fast, professional and a terrific experience. I was so impressed, I may have them regularly service my car even though I live in CT.

We just bought a CPO 2022 S580 Mercedes! Joe Horneman was our salesman, and he was an absolute joy to work with. There was no pressure, and he was very accommodating to our needs. We'd been looking around at multiple dealerships and no one treated us like family as Joe did. Throughout the entire process, Joe was patient, knowledgeable and available to us for questions and discussions. This is my 8th MB purchase, and I've found a new dealership to work with, and a new salesman!!
