Heather in the service department not only makes an appointment to take it in that day but also finds hubby a loaner that day, ensuring no struggles with his dialysis treatments. Heather was communicative about his car, expedient in the repair, and understanding when we got there 5 minutes before close. Excellent customer service all around. The rest of the team was SO kind and friendly. The gentleman who minds the gates, helping and making us smile. Such a pleasant experience compared to other dealerships I have dealt with in the region. Will totally be driving from Waco for all future repairs and our next purchase. Just an awesome place.

OMG there are not enough positive things I can say about my experiences with Mercedes-Benz of Austin! They are locally owned and it shows. They care about every customer and treat them as though each person is about to buy the most expensive car on the lot. They really CARE!!! I wish this company had a training program and trained every company in the NATION, no WORLD, no UNIVERSE (hee hee) how to treat each other. They are not just nice - they are genuine. They are not just polite or professional, they look for real world solutions for real world issues and are 100% human through it all. They do not candy coat or placate they solve, they find, they create. They work as a team to really help and I have not met one person here who deviates from that standard. Inspiring!
