Best car I’ve ever owned , very comfortable and smooth ride , great on gas . Also as long you do the proper maintenance the car will last you , had for for 3 years no problems whatsoever. Also very spacious for size. So i definitely recommend this car to family friends or whoever looking for a nice car.

I have owned glc300 AMG line for two years and I have positive things to say about it. Only critiques I have of this vehicle are the lack of more screens as there are still analogue speedometers on these year model. Interior could also be of higher quality materials. Rear is good

It’s been a great month of getting to know my new vehicle! I waited 12 weeks from the date of order to pick up my new 2023 GLC, and it was definitely worth the wait! I selected the Exclusive trim, Driver Assistance and AMG Line packages with several add-ons, and I could not be happier. My previous car was a fully loaded 2019 GLC 300, and it was unfortunately totaled in early February on a road trip. My first one was the favorite car I had ever owned and it kept us so safe during our accident, so I knew I wanted a second one. I did not realize I would have to wait so long to get a new one but I am happy I did not settle for anything else. The drive is sporty and smooth, and very quiet. It has a slight hesitation from a full stop. Once you take off it picks up very quickly and sport mode on the freeway is great. The upgraded electronics have been easy for me to understand after I read through the owners manual. One recommendation I have is to turn off the automatic speed change if you are using cruise control and happen to go through a construction zone. The cameras pick up the sign and slows the car down very quickly. I prefer to adjust to those situations manually. The car feels a bit bigger and is so attractive and comfortable. It feels much more luxurious than my 2019 did, and in my opinion the upgrades are worth the price. I absolutely love this car! Happy Shopping!

I need to start by saying Rudy and the dealership he works for went above and beyond for me. I work a lot of hours and a single mom so my time is limited, so he brought me the truck I wanted to see and drove mine to get appraised. I received what I wanted for my trade in and got a great deal on a new Ford Ranger Lariat. By time I was ready to purchase I only had to walk in and sign the papers! I'm not new to the Mercedes brand, as this is my 4th. This is, however, my first try at the Mercedes SUV. So far, I'm extremely happy. Favorite feature has to be the camel leather seats...an impressive update from the MB-Tex.

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

I absolutely love this compact SUV! Coming from a Subaru Outback, this is light years above and beyond for same year. A quiet cabin is my top want for buying a car. This cabin is quiet and relaxing inside. I’m tall and there is plenty of room. The seats are incredible! Can’t wait to take it on the roads in winter.

I love this car. Quiet and just the right size . Super comfortable on long drives. This is my first SUV and I love the visibility as compared to my small Mercedes that I traded in for this. The upgrades and cameras are so improved also. The only thing that could be better is if it was driverless!!!

Bought this 9/2020. Looked high and low. Found it at a large well known dealership.It was a low milage lease turn in they bought at auction.Excellent vehicle.We have owned Mercedes for 40 years. Always gotten good service from them. An average of 10 years per car. Saved some 2K after reading many "how to buy" on you tube. Rehearse ,rehearse your approach and how to deal with the seller, its worth it. Only drawback is no spare. I bought one and dumped the "run flat" tires- very harsh ride with them.

A pleasant driving car. Very dependable. But, in my opinion, not very user friendly. The controls for features like like wipers, lights, and GPS are complex and buried under layers. The GPS took me over a route that was 1 hour longer than normal on a 5 hour trip because GPS had avoid carpool lanes turned on. Had to call MB at an 800 number to find out the feature even existed. Also, I HATE the run flat tires.

I went to this dealer to take a yearly service. While I was waiting, I wanted to get a trade in value for my 2020 Benz GLC 300. I met Erica at sales. She was exceptionally good and knowledgeable. She showed 2 or 3 models and gave me good price. I traded old one to new 2025 GLC. When I drove the new car, I found out new model did not have the option of distronics option that I needed. When I called her back, she did her best to find the car that has that option. I went back to change to another 2025GLC with more options. She did lots of extra work to get this done. I have the GLC43 AMG and it's awsome! It has plenty of guts and is extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.

I have had this vehicle for only one month so have not developed much experience with it. I did take it on a 1400 mile trip two days after purchase. It ran well, was very comfortable to drive, made for a very easy trip, was great on gas mileage, and it is very quiet inside the cabin. Seat comfort is exceptional and this, being our first experience with heated seats and steering wheel, was most enjoyable.
