This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Recommend that you look for Eric Carlson if you're anywhere near Chantilly and interested in shopping for a used Mercedes. He is what you need: knowledgeable, patient, composed. He'll take you around the lot, provide all the information you want, and then give you all the room you need to make a decision about how and when to proceed. He is a 5-start sales consultant.

I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

I have owned glc300 AMG line for two years and I have positive things to say about it. Only critiques I have of this vehicle are the lack of more screens as there are still analogue speedometers on these year model. Interior could also be of higher quality materials. Rear is good

I have been in the market to replace my ML400 and was looking to upgrade to a GLE AMG53. I have done my homework and know what I want and quickly learned that I would have to order. I dealt with a number of dealers and sales people (including someone else at this dealership) in my attempts to buy a car, but they either: were non-responsive, wanted to sell me something I don't want, evaded my questions, ghosted me, etc. I love my MB and was hoping to get another one, but it got to the point that I was contemplating switching makes. I'm not new to the Mercedes brand, as this is my 4th. This is, however, my first try at the Mercedes SUV. So far, I'm extremely happy. Favorite feature has to be the camel leather seats...an impressive update from the MB-Tex.

I love this car. Quiet and just the right size . Super comfortable on long drives. This is my first SUV and I love the visibility as compared to my small Mercedes that I traded in for this. The upgrades and cameras are so improved also. The only thing that could be better is if it was driverless!!!

Bought this 9/2020. Looked high and low. Found it at a large well known dealership.It was a low milage lease turn in they bought at auction.Excellent vehicle.We have owned Mercedes for 40 years. Always gotten good service from them. An average of 10 years per car. Saved some 2K after reading many "how to buy" on you tube. Rehearse ,rehearse your approach and how to deal with the seller, its worth it. Only drawback is no spare. I bought one and dumped the "run flat" tires- very harsh ride with them.

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

I flew all the way to Virginia from Michigan because of the great deal I received on a 2019 ram 2500. Beautiful truck one car owner. Drove it back ran perfect. Jimmy was my salesperson. He is the best. 5 stars for Jimmy!!!!

A pleasant driving car. Very dependable. But, in my opinion, not very user friendly. The controls for features like like wipers, lights, and GPS are complex and buried under layers. The GPS took me over a route that was 1 hour longer than normal on a 5 hour trip because GPS had avoid carpool lanes turned on. Had to call MB at an 800 number to find out the feature even existed. Also, I HATE the run flat tires.

The maintenance service provided by Mr. George Boatwright and his team was superb. The service on my vehicle over the past few years has been supervised by Mr. Boatwright and each time the service was excellent and professional. Good and very dependable . Sharp looking and comfortable for long drives. Good looking. Good buy for the money. I get pretty good mileage too.

What criteria do you have in shopping your next used vehicle? 1. You want to buy a used car that is believed to be absolutely trouble free (Equivalent to a certified grade). 2. You are ok to buy a car at a fair market price (You are not trying to find a steal deal or to negotiate a price). 3. You hate sales pitch. Then go to Carmax. This is my best advice based on my past car buying experiences with all sorts of car dealers. You can't go wrong with Carmax if the above three are your criteria. Carmax set an extremely high standard in their car reconditioning protocols. Carmax certification is as good as manufacturer's certifications. Meanwhile, you will be discouraged if you come to Carmax in hope to find a steal deal, because all of their cars are priced RIGHT, and they never give you a room to negotiate over the price. This means that they don't play games, and they don't let you play games, either. They are fair. You have to be fair, too. A good news is, they don't try to steal your money. So don't try to steal theirs. However, I have one serious advice: Get pre-approved by a local credit union before coming to Carmax. While Carmax too does offer financing, their repayment rule has a catch. Say your monthly payment was set to $100. If you put $500 at once, you expect that the extra $400 would automatically go to principal payment, right? Not with Carmax financing. Instead, the first $300 goes to the three upcoming monthly payments, and only the remaining $200 will go to principal payment. If you intend to pay off your auto loan quick, this repayment rule that they set up is a deal breaker. A good thing is, they will gladly let you use your credit union financing; they won't pressure you into choosing their financing service. Good luck, and never go back to liars that live in the rest of the world.

I absolutely love this compact SUV! Coming from a Subaru Outback, this is light years above and beyond for same year. A quiet cabin is my top want for buying a car. This cabin is quiet and relaxing inside. I’m tall and there is plenty of room. The seats are incredible! Can’t wait to take it on the roads in winter.

I just wanted to share how amazing the service and sales process was for my father when I referred him to the dealership. He had been looking to get service done on his current Lexus and happened to see this beautiful RX350 that was at the lot. I happen to be in the car business so he asked me what I thought and if it was priced well. After doing my research, I was blown away! It’s been a great month of getting to know my new vehicle! I waited 12 weeks from the date of order to pick up my new 2023 GLC, and it was definitely worth the wait! I selected the Exclusive trim, Driver Assistance and AMG Line packages with several add-ons, and I could not be happier. My previous car was a fully loaded 2019 GLC 300, and it was unfortunately totaled in early February on a road trip. My first one was the favorite car I had ever owned and it kept us so safe during our accident, so I knew I wanted a second one. I did not realize I would have to wait so long to get a new one but I am happy I did not settle for anything else. The drive is sporty and smooth, and very quiet. It has a slight hesitation from a full stop. Once you take off it picks up very quickly and sport mode on the freeway is great. The upgraded electronics have been easy for me to understand after I read through the owners manual. One recommendation I have is to turn off the automatic speed change if you are using cruise control and happen to go through a construction zone. The cameras pick up the sign and slows the car down very quickly. I prefer to adjust to those situations manually. The car feels a bit bigger and is so attractive and comfortable. It feels much more luxurious than my 2019 did, and in my opinion the upgrades are worth the price. I absolutely love this car! Happy Shopping!
