I just purchased a 2022 Jeep Gladiator Overland. It’s pristine and a powerhouse. The combination of it having low mileage, only being two years old and with a great price made it irresistible. Even though it took a few weeks, Andrew and his team kept us informed on the progress and approximate time of delivery. When we arrived at the Dealership the car was ready to be purchased. I have owned glc300 AMG line for two years and I have positive things to say about it. Only critiques I have of this vehicle are the lack of more screens as there are still analogue speedometers on these year model. Interior could also be of higher quality materials. Rear is good

A beautiful, well presented dealership in a nice location. Our sales representative was Philip P. , who was very personable and professional. We needed to purchase due to a vehicle accident that totaled our previous Mercedes Benz-an unplanned, stressful situation. He was a patient and easygoing guide for us during our purchase, which made the process much more comfortable and even enjoyable. The entire experience at this dealership for my wife and I is exactly how one would expect for a Mercedes Benz dealership. I will also note that we previously visited several other dealerships, both Mercedes-Benz and others. We travelled over an hour to visit Euromotorcars Devon. I will say that it is no secret that the quality of service can certainly affect the sometimes stressful experience of purchasing a vehicle. Top notch service. My 22nd year experience with Cherry Hill Mercedes has been second to none. I have the same service advisor for 22 years. Ted Levine is always there when needed. My salesman Diego is knowledgeable on all that Mercedes and the dealership has to offer. Constant communication and customer service oriented. Never pushed trying to make a sale. It's not about the sale its about the service and attention to customer needs!

I love this car. Quiet and just the right size . Super comfortable on long drives. This is my first SUV and I love the visibility as compared to my small Mercedes that I traded in for this. The upgrades and cameras are so improved also. The only thing that could be better is if it was driverless!!!

My wife and I did our research knowing what would be a good price point for the vehicle that we wanted. Surprisingly, CarMax was offering the vehicle below what other dealers were advertising. We went to the Maple Shade dealership test drove a few cars with Erin. She was awesome and answered all of our questions. No hard sell at all and loved the thought that there were no doc or other hidden fees. Sticker price plus tax and NJMV fees. That's it. We noticed that a vehicle in Maine had low miles and was in the color we wanted. Paid the low transfer fee and it arrived in less than two weeks. We met with Mathew, who was covering for Erin, shown the car, took a test drive and "kicked the tires". I told him that we wanted to buy it and Carmax came in at a lower rate than our Credit Union. It took less than 2 hours from entering the dealership to driving off with the car. And did I say no doc or hidden fees.

I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

Went in with my boyfriend knowing exactly what we wanted. Mike Ellis had our cars ready and waiting to test drive. Quick and seamless. Mike was very friendly, knowledgeable, and got us in and out with no problems!

I'm not new to the Mercedes brand, as this is my 4th. This is, however, my first try at the Mercedes SUV. So far, I'm extremely happy. Favorite feature has to be the camel leather seats...an impressive update from the MB-Tex.

It was a very good experience. The Salesmen wear professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Presentations of options were low-key and not “pushy”. I subsequently encountered a service issue, and that was adressed in a very accommodating and efficient manner.

I absolutely love this compact SUV! Coming from a Subaru Outback, this is light years above and beyond for same year. A quiet cabin is my top want for buying a car. This cabin is quiet and relaxing inside. I’m tall and there is plenty of room. The seats are incredible! Can’t wait to take it on the roads in winter.

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

I have had this vehicle for only one month so have not developed much experience with it. I did take it on a 1400 mile trip two days after purchase. It ran well, was very comfortable to drive, made for a very easy trip, was great on gas mileage, and it is very quiet inside the cabin. Seat comfort is exceptional and this, being our first experience with heated seats and steering wheel, was most enjoyable.

Bought this 9/2020. Looked high and low. Found it at a large well known dealership.It was a low milage lease turn in they bought at auction.Excellent vehicle.We have owned Mercedes for 40 years. Always gotten good service from them. An average of 10 years per car. Saved some 2K after reading many "how to buy" on you tube. Rehearse ,rehearse your approach and how to deal with the seller, its worth it. Only drawback is no spare. I bought one and dumped the "run flat" tires- very harsh ride with them.

I have own 2 GLC 300 automobiles as 2017 and this 2019 sportier model AMG upgrades. These are the best cars I have ever owned. Comfort and looks are beautiful. I highly recommend this model.

My husband and I I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle at Automotive Network in Croydon PA. The process was stress free and pleasant. Love the car. 4 cylinder turbo, it has enough oomph to get on the highway quickly, but very comfortable in day to day local commute. AWD excellent in snow. In E mode, engine stops when vehicle does; mileage is very reasonable. Given the grill, black exterior and cranberry-accented seats, it’s a head turner (“Mercedes on steroids” was one comment). Only complaints are have to duck head to get in- and I’m only 5’9”, and the trunk space in less in the coupe model (which also looks sleeker than the square back, so take your pick).

The Sales Consultant was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. He did not apply a lot of pressure during the research and buying process which was appreciated.
