Highly recommended! it was an easy process from start to finish, the car was as advertise clean Carfax quality people they LOVE what they do - and it shows. it was a great experience from A to Z.

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

He also keeps me updated by texting while my car is in service. Additionally, the dealership recently underwent a remodel and looks fabulous. They even have a chef who prepares breakfast or lunch when it’s ordered—how great is that? Cooked to order and it’s FREE! My sales representative, Bill Harris, is honest, knowledgeable, and patient, truly an all-around good guy. He even calls me to remind me of important dates related to my car and my birthday, which is such a nice touch. I'm going to be a customer for life! Great job, everyone!

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. Love the car. 4 cylinder turbo, it has enough oomph to get on the highway quickly, but very comfortable in day to day local commute. AWD excellent in snow. In E mode, engine stops when vehicle does; mileage is very reasonable. Given the grill, black exterior and cranberry-accented seats, it’s a head turner (“Mercedes on steroids” was one comment). Only complaints are have to duck head to get in- and I’m only 5’9”, and the trunk space in less in the coupe model (which also looks sleeker than the square back, so take your pick).

I absolutely love this compact SUV! Coming from a Subaru Outback, this is light years above and beyond for same year. A quiet cabin is my top want for buying a car. This cabin is quiet and relaxing inside. I’m tall and there is plenty of room. The seats are incredible! Can’t wait to take it on the roads in winter.

I have had this vehicle for only one month so have not developed much experience with it. I did take it on a 1400 mile trip two days after purchase. It ran well, was very comfortable to drive, made for a very easy trip, was great on gas mileage, and it is very quiet inside the cabin. Seat comfort is exceptional and this, being our first experience with heated seats and steering wheel, was most enjoyable.

I owned to glk’s before the glc. I liked the glk pretty well. They drove nice and were peppy. The glc 4 matic suv. Is fun to drive still peppy. And quite comfy. I live in a cold winter state and love the heated seats and steering wheel. I am 54 years old male and I find the car quite attractive and enjoyable to drive. I think there is some value in the upgraded burmiester stereo. And I love the 19” Amg rims. I do the oil change my self and have 22000 miles on the car with not one trip to the dealer. So I’m happy with its reliability. I just use to drive to work and back. So no others in the car. I like the car a lot

I'm not new to the Mercedes brand, as this is my 4th. This is, however, my first try at the Mercedes SUV. So far, I'm extremely happy. Favorite feature has to be the camel leather seats...an impressive update from the MB-Tex.

I transport about 250 rescued cats and dogs a year, and this SUV has plenty of room for all the crates and people. It’s so comfortable — the heated seats don’t get too hot and all the controls are easily accessible. The extra cup holders/bins on the doors add a lot of storage. It’s peppy and fun to drive. Plus, it’s silver and doesn’t show dirt. I highly recommend this car. It’s my ninth Mercedes.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

This car has everything technology offers in it plus more. The feel of this vehicle is extremely smooth snd quiet. One of the best purchases of ever made. I’m extremely pleased and love it
