I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

Erica was amazing to work with. I was in a time crunch and she moved the whole process right along.

I absolutely love this compact SUV! Coming from a Subaru Outback, this is light years above and beyond for same year. A quiet cabin is my top want for buying a car. This cabin is quiet and relaxing inside. I’m tall and there is plenty of room. The seats are incredible! Can’t wait to take it on the roads in winter.

Bought this 9/2020. Looked high and low. Found it at a large well known dealership.It was a low milage lease turn in they bought at auction.Excellent vehicle.We have owned Mercedes for 40 years. Always gotten good service from them. An average of 10 years per car. Saved some 2K after reading many "how to buy" on you tube. Rehearse ,rehearse your approach and how to deal with the seller, its worth it. Only drawback is no spare. I bought one and dumped the "run flat" tires- very harsh ride with them.

I went to this dealer to take a yearly service. While I was waiting, I wanted to get a trade in value for my 2020 Benz GLC 300. I met Erica at sales. She was exceptionally good and knowledgeable. She showed 2 or 3 models and gave me good price. I traded old one to new 2025 GLC. When I drove the new car, I found out new model did not have the option of distronics option that I needed. When I called her back, she did her best to find the car that has that option. I went back to change to another 2025GLC with more options. She did lots of extra work to get this done. I really appreciate her work. If any one who is interested to buy the Mercedes Benz, I strongly suggest to see Erica at sales. Thank you Erica.

I have the GLC43 AMG and it's awsome! It has plenty of guts and is extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.

I'm not new to the Mercedes brand, as this is my 4th. This is, however, my first try at the Mercedes SUV. So far, I'm extremely happy. Favorite feature has to be the camel leather seats...an impressive update from the MB-Tex.

Another great, 5star experience!!! So I had a scheduled appointment to wait at the dealership for an oil change, tire repair and a concern I had about the performance of my vehicle. My advisor Peyton, was awesome, able to get the foreman and whom also advised me,Tony, to ride with me and ask about my concerns shortly after I arrived. After taking my vehicle to the back, the technician Travis, did an inspection and was able to find other issues that needed attention. So I was able to get the repairs done all at once. Which was great cause of my busy schedule. Peyton was very knowledgeable and quick to give updates, quotes and time frame of repairs needed. I was impressed with the lead cashier Kimberly, who listened in on our conversation and although I had expected to wait, she was able to come up with a solution for a day rental so I could get the rest of my errands done and pick up my kids after school. Perhaps one of the best deliveries of a car I've ever had. The dealership itself is clean, pristine and the admin was so kind to offer me coffee or water while I waited for the product specialist. Chris was my product specialist and he spent a good 45 minutes walking me through the car, having me download the app, showing me how Google voice and Amazon music works. Nowadays with all of the technology in cars, its imperative the dealership does this with you. 110% loved this experience! And Chris really made it one of a kind.

I have had this vehicle for only one month so have not developed much experience with it. I did take it on a 1400 mile trip two days after purchase. It ran well, was very comfortable to drive, made for a very easy trip, was great on gas mileage, and it is very quiet inside the cabin. Seat comfort is exceptional and this, being our first experience with heated seats and steering wheel, was most enjoyable.
