As a new owner of a Mercedes-Benz I strongly recommend Koons Mercedes-Benz of Catonsville and not some **** _____ independent shop in the area. I was not looked down on in anyway because my car was an older used car with over 200 thousand miles on it. Ms. Jackie Pressman literally went above and beyond to explain to me everything from getting the initial diagnostic to the oil changes to the follow up.

I was in the market for a Mercedes Benz A220. I have a rather long commute to work and wanted something great on gas. I found the car, met with the salesman and drove it home! I have been in the market to replace my ML400 and was looking to upgrade to a GLE AMG53. I have done my homework and know what I want and quickly learned that I would have to order. I dealt with a number of dealers and sales people (including someone else at this dealership) in my attempts to buy a car, but they either: were non-responsive, wanted to sell me something I don't want, evaded my questions, ghosted me, etc. I love my MB and was hoping to get another one, but it got to the point that I was contemplating switching makes. I finally reached out to Danny Nasr. He was extremely responsive, professional, answered my questions, and provided helpful information. We ironed out my build within a day, and he offered a fair price. I should get my car in in a few months. No games. Done!

Jay Woodson was the person who helped me. He was my agent this time as well as my last visit. He is always courteous and helpful and answers any questions I may have. He is an asset to Mercedes and I give him five stars.

i made the deal with the sales Rep. Shahul and i had the best experience ever. (I HAD BEEN IN CONTACT WITH DEALERS IN NEW YORK, DALLAS AND ATLANTA BUT NO ONE OFFERED ME THE TIME AND EFFORT LIKE SHAHUL IN MD. He answered all my questions and we had a deal with in 3 hours over the phone including my trade in car. (i wanted the car for Christmas and he made it happen. The next day i drove from New York and the car was ready as promised, signed the documents and i was out of the door with a new car and best wishes for arriving safely home.(Christmas Eve i arrived with my new car at home) i got a follow up call as soon as i arrived in New York. As always, the dealership does top quality work and I am very pleased with the job they did for my 2021 S585 sedan. I was especially impressed by the video of the proposed repairs and maintenance work - a new service that worked out very well. One aspect of this visit however could stand to be improved. It took 2.5 days to return my car to me, largely due to the unavailability of a check out driver to validate that the car was ready to go - at least that's what I was told.

The staff was very helpful and kind. I was in and out quickly. My sales rep and the finance dept were professional and very knowledgeable!
