Having car problems is no fun and the great staff at Mercedes of South Austin were amazing and so helpful they turned it around. Peter was so helpful and very kind and understanding that it made my decision to stop at this place was the best decision I could have made. Great service department. They have good communication and there were no surprises. Fast turnaround time and had a clean loaner car for the day. I highly recommend!
