He was very professional and explained everything to me along the way. Joe helped me with the financing aspect of the process and he did a great job as well.

Just had a great experience with the purchase of a Pre-Owned MB E350 wagon! Carlos Nazario, the salesman, was great at follow up and making sure everything was ready on time and the car was perfect! Bob Lasagne and Thomas Rudaj were also great to work with, professional and honest and made sure everything was right. I highly recommend this dealership, great comfortable showroom, everyone was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Lots of searching for cars and found the right one here!

I dealt with Josh Alexander from Mercedes White Plains to purchase my 2017 Sprinter. He was great to deal with, had a lot of patience and if he didn?t know the answer to any of my questions he went to go and find out for me without hesitation. What more can you ask for. I highly commend Mr. David Garcia for his knowledgeable, professionalism and caring follow-up manner in which he demonstrated, during the purchase of my Mercedes Benz. Although I was disappointed in dealing with the sales/financial manager for his inappropriate, condescending attitude, Mr Garcia was able to diffuse our differences and finalize the purchase.
