I had a positive experience at this Mercedes Benz dealership. This is the 2nd time I have leased a vehicle from them. Henri Sabar assisted me and did a phenomenal job. He was very professional and explained everything to me along the way. Joe helped me with the financing aspect of the process and he did a great job as well.

This dealership always exemplifies high quality and friendly service. I have experienced many dealerships in Bergen, Hudson and Essex counties and find Benzel Bush maintains integrity throughout the entire process, from the initial deal, servicing to the next purchase. I've done two car deals with them so far and will return for the next.

I rarely write reviews and for the very few times I have done so in my life time, it was always to point out a bad service. HOWEVER. I had exceptional experience purchasing my E400 Coupe with Steven David from Benzel Busch. Since getting my first license back when I was 16, I bought and sold 10 different cars and Steven by far exceeded any of the sales person I have worked in the past. He was very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls. I almost got a reply back within 5 minutes from sending an email and we had many emails back and forth as I was purchasing a vehicle out of state. He was very detailed and truthful when describing a vehicle that I was purchasing. There were few times where he reached out to me first on items normally you wouldn't expect sales person to. Just had a great experience with the purchase of a Pre-Owned MB E350 wagon! Carlos Nazario, the salesman, was great at follow up and making sure everything was ready on time and the car was perfect! Bob Lasagne and Thomas Rudaj were also great to work with, professional and honest and made sure everything was right.
